Claims (12)
- ヒトまたは動物の患者の体内管路の外在長を囲繞および係合する、腹壁を通した経皮的移植のための移植片(1;20)であって、該移植片(1;20)は、
周縁外壁(2’)によって画定される外側管状区画(2)であって、少なくともその一部は、着脱式デバイスの搭載のための役割を果たす自由端(5)を伴って該腹壁から外側に突出するように適合される、外側管状区画(2)と、
周縁内壁(3’)によって画定される内側区画(3)であって、該移植片(1;20)の内部固定のために、該腹壁を通してかつ該患者の中に延在するように適合される、内側区画(3)と
を備える種類のものであり、該外側管状区画(2)と該内側区画(3)とは共通軸Aを有しており、
該外側管状区画(2)の該周縁外壁(2’)と該内側区画(3)の該周縁内壁(3’)とは、互いから間隔Dを空けて軸方向に離間して配列されて、該外側管状区画(2)と該内側区画(3)との対向する自由端(7;8)の間に軸方向間隙(18)を提供し、該外側管状区画(2)と該内側区画(3)とは、該区画(2、3)の内部に延在する間隔手段(10;21)によって接続されることを特徴とする、移植片(1;20)。 - 前記間隔手段は、剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)を備え、好ましくは、単に剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の移植片(1)。
- 前記剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)は、少なくとも、前記外側管状区画(2)と前記内側区画(3)との間の間隔の長さLを有する管状体として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の移植片(1)。
- 前記外側管状区画(2)および前記内側区画(3)のうちのいずれかは、該外側管状区画(3)、該内側区画(2)、または前記間隔手段(10;21)の内部周縁のうちのいずれかの少なくとも一部に沿って、少なくとも前記体内管路壁の外側表面の内部成長のための剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、または3のいずれか一項に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記移植片(1;20)は、前記間隔手段(10;21)と、前記外側管状区画(2)および前記内側区画(3)のうちのいずれかの内面(17;19)との間に、周縁半径方向間隙(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記間隔手段(21)は、周縁半径方向間隙(16)を提供するように配列される、周縁方向に離間した組み立て部材(21)であることを特徴とする、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記内側区画(2)は、前記移植片(1;20)を体内に係留するための係留フランジ(4)の中に延在し、該係留フランジ(4)は、前記外側管状区画(3)に対向する該内側区画(2)から半径方向に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記内側区画(3)および前記係留フランジ(4)のうちのいずれかは、同一または異なる寸法、あるいは組み合わせの寸法の複数の貫通開口(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)は、好ましくは、多角形断面、最も好ましくは、六角形断面の複数の通路、チャネル、または開口(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2−8のいずれか一項に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)の前記複数の通路、チャネル、または開口(11)は、レーザ切断によって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記剛性内部成長メッシュ(10)の前記複数の通路、チャネル、または開口(11)のレーザ切断縁は、実質的に90°であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の移植片(1;20)。
- 前記内側区画(2)の半径方向厚riは、前記外側管状区画(3)の半径方向厚reよりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1−11のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。
