Description

15 20 25 30 35 465 910 FIG 1 och 2, för att på ett sterilt och läckagefritt sätt via katetrar 2 och 3 tillföra t ex ett läkeme- del till en förutbestämd lokalitet i kroppen genom hudgenomgången l.
Den yttre katetern 2 har i sin kopplingsände ett rör 4 av styvt material, vilket är avsett att kunna tränga igenom den i hudgenomgången l anordnade packningen 5, vilken består av en elastomer, t ex silikon, som återförsluts och tätar vid byte av den yttre katetern 2 eller under den tid den yttre kate- tern 2 är bortkopplad. Packningen 5 hålls på plats i hudgenomgången l av ett gängat skruvlock 6 som är skruvat ner i hudgenomgångens l yttermantel 8 och med vars hjälp tätningsegenskaperna i relation till friktionen mot den yttre kateterns 2 kopplingsände 4 kan regleras. Denna reglering sker genom att rotera skruvlocket 6 med ett specialverktyg, som passar i skruvlockets 6 urtag 7. Friktionen mot kopplingsän- den 4 vid genomträngning av packningen 5 skall vara så låg som möjligt för att förhindra att hudgenom- gångens l inväxtzon 9 lossnar från kroppen. Av samma skäl får inte diametern på den yttre kateterns 2 styva ände 4 vara större än 3 mm. Packningen 5 skall även täta mot den inre kateterns 3 infästningsplatta lO för att förhindra läckage eller passage av bakte- rier in till katetrarnas 2 och 3 kanalsystem ll.
Packningen 5 kan vara tillverkad med ett cen- trumhål, som vid montering i hudgenomgången l för- slutes genom trängpassning och endast utgör styrning för kopplingsänden 4 vid hopkoppling i hudgenom- gången l. .»

1. Anordning för sammankoppling av en yttre kate- ter med styvt ändparti och en inre kateter i en i kroppen implanterbar hudgenomgàng (1) för tillförsel av läkemedel eller liknande, k ä n n e t e c k ~ n a d av att en elastisk packning (5) är innesluten medelst ett skruvlock (6) i hudgenomgàngen (1) och avtätar den inre katetern (3) mot hudgenomgàngens (1) utsida men medger upprättande av kommunikation mellan den inre katetern (3) och den yttre katetern (2) genom att den yttre kateterns (2) styva ändparti fram till och inloppskanal (ll). (4) kan tränga genom packningen (5) mitt över den inre kateterns (3)
2. Anordning enligt krav l, k ä n n e t e c k - n a d av att den inre katetern (3) är infäst i en platta (10) pà insidan av den elastiska packningen (5).
