Claims (11)
- 円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機(5)を制御する液圧アッセンブリ(3)のための体積流量制御弁(1)において、
−受圧面(33)及び該受圧面(33)とは反対側に位置しかつ逆方向に作用するように配置されている受圧戻し面(35)を有する制御ピストン(39)を備えており、
−受圧面(33)に関連している供給ポート溝(9)を備えており、
−制御ピストン(39)の制御エッジ(43)により供給ポート溝(9)に関連可能な冷却体戻し通路ポート溝(11)を備えており、
−受圧戻し面(35)に関連している受圧戻しポート溝(15)を備えており、
−冷却体戻し通路ポート溝(11)と受圧戻しポート溝(15)との間に配置されている加圧ポート溝(13)を備えている、
ことを特徴とする、円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機を制御する液圧アッセンブリのための体積流量制御弁。 - 受圧面(33)は制御エッジ(43)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の体積流量制御弁。
- 体積流量制御弁(1)は液圧プレート(51)の円筒状の孔(47)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の体積流量制御弁。
- 制御ピストン(39)は受圧面(33)の押圧とは逆方向に作用するばね力を加えるばね装置(41)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の体積流量制御弁。
- 自動車(7)の、可変に調節可能な変速比で円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機(5)を制御する液圧アッセンブリ(3)において、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の体積流量制御弁(1)を備えていることを特徴とする、液圧アッセンブリ。
- 供給ポート溝(9)が液圧式のエネルギ源(17)の下流側に配置されており、かつ、制御絞り(25)の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 加圧ポート溝(13)が制御絞り(25)及び液圧式のエネルギ源(17)に関連していることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 加圧ポート溝(13)は供給ポート溝(9)を介して液圧式のエネルギ源(17)に関連していることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 受圧戻しポート溝(13)は制御絞り(25)の下流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5から8までのいずれか一項記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機(5)において、請求項5から9までのいずれか一項記載の液圧アッセンブリ(3)、及び/又は、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の体積流量制御弁(1)を備えていることを特徴とする、円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項記載の円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機(5)を備えていることを特徴とする自動車。
