Abstract
Description

Claims (19)

- 基材は、プラスチック、ガラス、ナイロン、金属、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記基材は、プラスチックである、請求項2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記反応チャンバは、凝固剤を備える、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記凝固剤は、プロトロンビン時間(PT)、部分トロンボプラスチン時間(PTT)、活性化部分トロンボプラスチン時間(APTT)、トロンビン凝固時間(TCT)、フィブリノゲン、ヘパリン管理試験(HMT)、プロタミン応答時間(PRT)、ヘパリン応答時間(HRT)、低分子量ヘパリン(LMWH)、低範囲ヘパリン管理試験(LHMT)、エカリン凝固時間(ECT)、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される検定用である、請求項4に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記検定は、PTである、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記検定は、APTTである、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。
- 血液凝固時間を測定するための方法であって、
2つの反応チャンバと、血液リザーバと、参照ポートと、サンプル適用ポートとを備える、カートリッジを提供するステップであって、該2つの反応チャンバは、毛細管チャネルを介して該血液リザーバと流体連通し、該血液リザーバは、毛細管チャネルを介して該参照ポートと流体連通し、該参照ポートは、毛細管チャネルを介して該サンプル適用ポートと流体連通する、ステップと、
サンプルを該サンプル適用ポートに配置するステップと、
検定のための凝固剤を該反応チャンバのうちの少なくとも1つに配置するステップと、
該サンプル適用ポートを介して希釈剤を混合ウェルの中へ移動させ、希釈サンプルを提供するように該サンプルおよび該希釈剤を混合するステップと、
該サンプルを該反応チャンバの中へ移動させるステップと、
該サンプルが凝固する時間を測定するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 基材は、プラスチック、ガラス、ナイロン、金属、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記基材は、プラスチックである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルは、血液または血漿である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記反応チャンバは、凝固剤を備える、請求項8に記載の方法。

- 前記リザーバは、前記毛細管チャネル内で前記サンプルを移動させるためのダイアフラムを備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 希釈剤を前記リザーバに配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
