Claims (12)
- すべての発電が起こる少なくとも入力速度範囲内で速度が変化する原動機入力からほぼ一定の速度出力を提供するのに適した、風力または潮力発電用途のための可変比トランスミッションであって、原動機入力と駆動出力とを有する主差動歯車列を含んでおり、前記入力速度と出力速度との比が可変であり、前記比が、前記主差動装置内の速度制御歯車装置によってもたらされるリアクショントルクによって調節され、前記トランスミッションが、また、第1のルートを通じて前記入力と回転連絡し、また異なる第2のルートを通じて前記速度制御歯車装置と回転連絡する、副差動歯車列を含んでおり、前記副差動歯車列が、2つの平行動力経路を含んでおり、一方の経路が、液圧回路内に2つの液圧ユニットを有する液圧バイパスを含んでおり、前記バイパス経路の前記液圧回路内を伝達される動力および伝達される動力の方向が、使用時に、他方の経路内の速度を変化させ、それによって前記第2のルート内の動力を変化させるように、また、前記速度制御歯車装置の前記リアクショントルクを変化させ、それによって前記比を調節するように選択的に可変である、前記トランスミッションにおいて、前記第1および第2のルートが全入力速度範囲に用いられることを特徴とする、トランスミッション。
- 前記第1および第2のルートがクラッチレスである、請求項1に記載の可変比トランスミッション。
- 前記ユニットが、前記入力速度が前記範囲内の所定値未満のときには前記ユニット間で一方向に伝達される動力を有しており、前記動力伝達方向が、前記速度に到達するまたは前記速度を超えるときに反転される、請求項1または2に記載の可変比トランスミッション。
- 前記液圧ユニットが、それぞれ、前記入力速度に比例した速度で駆動される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の可変比トランスミッション。
- 各液圧ユニットが、体積流量または圧力を変化させるために可変ストロークを有する容積式デバイスである、請求項4に記載の可変比トランスミッション。
- 一方または両方のユニットの前記ストロークが、前記バイパス経路内で伝達される動力を変化させるように調節される、請求項5に記載の可変比トランスミッション。
- 前記主および/または副差動歯車列が遊星歯車列を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の可変比トランスミッション。
- 前記主および副歯車列が、ともに遊星歯車列であり、以下の遊星歯車配置:
前記主差動装置への前記原動機入力が前記主差動装置のプラネットキャリアである配置、
前記主差動装置の出力が前記主差動装置の内歯車である配置、
前記主差動装置の前記速度制御歯車が前記主差動装置の太陽歯車である配置、
前記副差動装置の前記2つの動力経路が前記副差動装置のプラネットキャリアと太陽歯車とを含む配置、のうちのいずれか1つまたは複数が存在する、請求項7に記載の可変比トランスミッション。 - (a)低速の固定比ステップアップステージと、b)可変比ステージとを含む、トランスミッションシステムであって、前記固定比ステージから無段階式に可変の入力速度を受け取り、その出力シャフト上に一定の出力速度を提供する、入力シャフトを有しており、前記可変比ステージが、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッションを包含するまたは含む、トランスミッションシステム。
- 前記固定比ステージが、連続した2つの遊星歯車ステージを含む、請求項9に記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の可変比トランスミッションを通じて発電機に駆動可能に連結された、流体駆動型原動機。
- 諸図面に即して本明細書で実質的に記載した可変比トランスミッションまたはトランスミッションシステム。
