Abstract
Description
本願は、2007年5月15日に出願された米国特許出願第11/748,551号明細書に対する優先権を主張し、その内容全体は、参照により本明細書に援用されるものとする。
Claims (9)
- マイクロ波放射用の屈折率分布型レンズであって、
離間した側縁部ならびに離間した上縁部および下縁部を有する平面アレイに配設された、各々が共振周波数を有する複数の電子誘導容量共振器を備え、
前記共振器の共振周波数が、前記アレイの前記離間した縁部の少なくとも2つの間で変動する屈折率分布型レンズ。 - 前記共振器の共振周波数が、前記アレイの前記離間した側縁部および前記アレイの前記離間した上縁部および縁部の間で変化する、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 共振器の少なくとも2つの実質的に同一の平面アレイを備え、前記アレイが離間され、互いに平行な関係に配設される、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 前記平面アレイが、1つの共振器の幅に対応する量だけ互いから離間される、請求項3に記載のレンズ。
- 各共振器の形状が、共振器の共振周波数の波長の6分の1未満の幅を有する矩形状である、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 各共振器が、基板上に2つの離間した平行な導電性ストリップによって形成された少なくとも1つの容量を備え、前記導電性ストリップの長さが、前記共振器の共振周波数を確立する、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 各共振器が、少なくとも2つの容量を備え、各容量が、基板上の2つの離間した平行な導電性ストリップによって形成される、請求項2に記載のレンズ。
- 前記レンズが、自動車レーダーシステムに利用される、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 前記共振器が、24GHz〜77GHzの範囲にある共振周波数を中心とした通過帯域を有する、請求項8に記載のレンズ。
