本発明は、還元条件下で運転するソーダ石灰ガラス溶融炉に関連した熱交換器に適用可能である。
Description
・25%<MgO<30%
・70%<A12O3<75%
・他の化学種:<1%
・「他の化学種」は不純物であり、特にNa2O、CaO、SiO2、及びFe2O3である;
・酸化物は製品の99.9重量%より多く、好ましくは製品の約100重量%を示す;
・Al2O3含有量は70.5%<Al2O3及び/又は、Al2O3<74%、又はAl2O3<73%であるようなものである;
・MgO含有量は26%<MgO又は27.5%<MgO及び/又はMgO<29%であるようなものである;
・SiO2含有量はSiO2<0.5%、好ましくはSiO2≦0.2%又はSiO2≦0.15%であるようなものである;
・CaO含有量はCaO<0.6%、好ましくはCaO≦0.4%であるようなものである;
・Na2O含有量はNa2O<0.4%又はNa2O≦0.2%であるようなものである;
・空隙率の合計は10%超、好ましくは15%超及び/又は30%未満、好ましくは25%未満である;
・製品の空隙は細孔によって構成される;少なくとも一部の、好ましくは実質的に全ての前記細孔が管形状である;
・前記管状の細孔は選択的に配向している;
・管状の細孔の好ましい方向は、固化先端に対して実質的に垂直な方向(又は固化先端の進行方向に平行)である;それらの長さ及び高さに比べて小さな厚みのブランチを有する製品については、ブランチ内部の管状の細孔はブランチ側面に垂直な方角に選択的に配向し、好ましくはそれがガス流と接触するように意図されている;
・管状の細孔の直径は1ミリメートル[mm]から5mmの範囲にある;特に、適切なのは、製品のブランチ内である;
・数にして80%を超える管状の細孔が直径2mm未満である;
・製品は97重量%を超えるスピネルを含む;
・前記スピネルは好ましくは柱状結晶形態スピネルである;
・スピネルの前記柱状結晶が選択的配向を有する;
・結晶の選択的配向は、固化先端に実質的に垂直方向である;
・スピネル結晶のサイズ(特にスキンから離れた)は0.1mmを超え、15mmに達してよい;
・スピネル結晶のサイズは製品のスキン、すなわちその外表面からからの距離に応じて増加する;
・製品は少なくとも3つのブランチを含む;
・製品は、高さ(h)が100mmから600mmの範囲にあり、及び/又は、長さ(l)が10mmから600mmの範囲にあり、及び/又は、厚さ(e)が15mmから60mm、好ましくは20mmから50mmの範囲にある複数のブランチを含み、高さ及び/又は長さ及び/又は厚さは考えられるブランチに依存して異なってよい;
・細孔は、製品のブランチの中で均一に分散される;
・本発明による製品はモノリスによって構成される;
・発明による製品は十字形である;
・製品は1kg超、好ましくは5kg超荷重する;
・製品は必然的に複数の部品からなる型から製造される;
・熱いガス又は蒸気との界面に配置される本発明による製品の表面の少なくとも一部、及び好ましくは前記表面の全てが、障害物又は「コルゲーション」を示す;
(a)出発原料を混合して出発チャージを形成する段階と、
(b)前記出発チャージを溶解して溶融材料を得る段階と;
(c)前記溶融材料を鋳込み、及び冷却により固化して耐火物製品を得る段階;
前記方法は、前記出発原料が、前記耐火物製品が本発明によるものであるように選択された点において注目に値する。
用語「アルカリ腐食」は、アルカリ性ガスの凝縮に起因する腐食を意味する。言及されてよい例としては、ガス中の硫黄含量が低いとき、及び/又は条件が還元のとき、パッキングの下方の部分にNaOH又はKOH等の化学種の凝縮の現象を生じさせる、ソーダカリガラスの溶解で発生するガスに起因する腐食が挙げられる。硫黄の不足又は還元条件は、Na2SO4又はK2SO4等の化学種の形成を妨げる。このように耐火物製品の液相腐食の現象が観察される。
・タイプAC44アルミナ(Pechiney社製)、A12O3平均99.5%含有(Na2O:3700ppm、SiO2:100ppm、CaO:160ppm、Fe2O3:120ppm)
・タイプAR75アルミナ(Pechiney社製)、A12O3平均99.4%含有(Na2O:2700ppm、SiO2:100ppm、CaO:160ppm、Fe2O3:110ppm)
・NEDMAG 99 マグネシア、MgO99%超含有(Nedmag Industries社製)
Claims (31)
- 酸化物に基づく重量による割合として、重量にして以下の平均化学組成を有する溶融鋳造耐火物製品。
・25%<MgO<30%
・70%<A12O3<75%
・他の化学種:<1% - 少なくとも70.5%のアルミナ(A12O3)を含む、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 73%未満のアルミナ(A12O3)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の製品。
- 少なくとも27.5%のマグネシア(MgO)を含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 29%未満のマグネシアを含む、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 0.5%未満のシリカ(SiO2)を含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 0.2%未満のシリカ(SiO2)を含む、請求項6に記載の製品。
- 含量が0.6%未満の酸化カルシウム(CaO)及び/又は含量が0.4%未満の酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)を含む、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 含量が0.4%以下の酸化カルシウム(CaO)及び/又は含量が0.2%以下の酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)を含む、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 全細孔率が10%超30%未満である、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 全細孔率が15%超25%未満である、請求項10に記載の製品。
- 製品の空隙の少なくとも一部が管形状の細孔によって構成される、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の多孔質製品。
- 空隙が管形状の細孔によって構成される、請求項12に記載の製品。
- 管状細孔の直径が1mmから5mmの範囲である、請求項12又は13に記載の製品。
- 管状細孔の数にして80%超が2mm未満の直径を有する、請求項14に記載の製品。
- 管状細孔が固化先端に垂直な方向に選択的配向を有する、請求項12から15の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 97重量%を越えるスピネル(A12O3−MgO)を含む、請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記スピネルが固化先端に実質的に垂直な方向に選択的配向を有するスピネルの柱状結晶の形態である、請求項17に記載の製品。
- スピネル結晶サイズが0.1mm超15mm未満である、請求項17又は18に記載の製品。
- スピネル結晶のサイズが前記製品外部表面からの距離に応じて増加する、請求項17から19の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 高さ(h)が100mmから600mmの範囲にあり、及び/又は、長さ(l)が10mmから600mmの範囲にあり、及び/又は、厚さ(e)が15mmから60mmの範囲にある複数のブランチを含む、請求項1から20の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 少なくとも一つのブランチの厚さに対する高さの比h/eが5より大きく、及び/又は少なくとも一つのブランチの厚さに対する長さの比l/eが2より大きい、請求項21に記載の製品。
- 細孔が製品のブランチ内で均一に分散される、請求項21又は22に記載の製品。
- 十字形部品の形態である、請求項1から23の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 熱いガス又は蒸気との界面に配置された前記製品の表面の少なくとも一部が障害物を示す、請求項1から24の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 溶融材料を型内に流し込む段階を含む方法を用いて作製された、請求項1から25の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 型が複数の部品からなる型である、請求項26に記載の製品。
- 酸化物に基づく重量による割合として、
・26%<MgO<30%
・70%<A12O3<74%
である、請求項1から27の何れか一項に記載の製品。 - 炉の熱交換器における請求項1から28の何れか一項に記載の製品の使用。
- 耐火物製品が前記熱交換器のパッキングの下方部分のパッキングエレメントとして使用される、請求項29に記載の使用。
- 前記熱交換器が還元条件下で運転するソーダ石灰ガラス炉に関連する、請求項29又は30に記載の使用。
