Abstract
Description
バッテリ式の電気器具(携帯型電気掃除機、動力工具等)は、パワープラグ電圧UPlugの存在が入力I2でコントローラにより検出された場合に充電されるだろう。バッテリが低充電状態である場合には、コントローラは、出力O5を"低"から"高"の状態に切り替える。これは、トランジスタQ5及びPMOSFET(M5)をオンにする。抵抗R15は、充電電流を制限する。充電の間、個々のバッテリのそれぞれの電圧は増大するだろう。個々のバッテリ(U1〜U5)のそれぞれの電圧は監視されなければならない。バッテリ電圧が4.2Vの境界を超える場合には、バッテリの寿命が低減されるだろう。充電/放電サイクルの数を増加させるために、最大の電圧閾値は、より低い値、例えば3.8Vに制限されるだろう。
バッテリ式の電気器具(携帯型電気掃除機、動力工具等)は、オン/オフスイッチを押すことによりオンにされる。コントローラは、出力O6を"低"から"高"の状態に切り替える。これは、NMOSFET(M6)をオンにし、DCモータが稼動を開始する。DCモータの動作の間、バッテリが放電されるだろう。バッテリのうちの1つの個々のバッテリ電圧が2.7Vの最小閾値を通過する場合には、DCモータはオフにされなければならない。これは、リチウムイオンバッテリが永久的な損傷を受けるのを阻止する。コントローラは、出力O6を"高"から"低"の状態に切り替えて、NMOSFET(M6)をオフにする。放電の間において個々のバッテリ電圧を監視する原理は、バッテリの充電の間のものとまさに同一である。
Claims (7)
- 一端で基準電圧ラインに接続された直列の2よりも多いバッテリのバッテリ装置のバッテリ電圧を監視するバッテリ電圧監視システムであって、
前記バッテリ装置の少なくとも一部と並列に設けられ、一端で前記基準電圧に、他端で前記バッテリ装置内のノードに接続された第1及び第2の抵抗要素を有する分圧器を有し、
前記第1及び第2の抵抗要素の間にトランジスタが設けられ、
前記トランジスタのベースは、ダイオードを介して、前記バッテリ装置内の他のノードに接続され、
スイッチング要素が、前記トランジスタをアドレスするために設けられる、バッテリ電圧監視システム。 - 前記ダイオードは、前記分圧器内の前記トランジスタに適合するトランジスタで構成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリ電圧監視システム。
- 2又はそれ以上の分圧器は、共通の抵抗を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバッテリ電圧監視システム。
- 前記分圧器内の前記トランジスタは、NPNトランジスタである、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ電圧監視システム。
- 前記分圧器内の前記トランジスタは、PNPトランジスタである、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ電圧監視システム。
- リングカウンタを有する、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ電圧監視システム。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ電圧監視システムを有する、バッテリ駆動可能なデバイス。
