Description
この目的は以下のガス化反応器によって達せられる。ガス化反応容器の上半分に燃焼室を備え、使用中は前記燃焼室の下端部に生成物ガス出口を有し、酸化剤ガスと炭素質供給原料の供給導管を少なくとも備えたバーナーが、使用中に前記燃焼室中に火を発射するように配置されたガス化反応容器であって、
前記燃焼室の壁と容器壁との間に環状空間が設けられ、
前記燃焼室の壁が相互連結された管の配列から構成され、
同じ水平高さにて互いに直径方向に配置された2個のバーナー開口部が前記燃焼室の壁に設けられ、前記バーナー開口部にバーナーが設けられた前記ガス化反応容器。
以下の図を用いて本発明を説明する。
図1は容器(1)の上半分に燃焼室(6)を備えた容器(1)を示す。容器(1)は、燃焼室(6)の下端部に生成物ガス出口(7)を備え、また直径方向に配置された2対のバーナー(2)を備える。使用に際して容器(1)は垂直に配置される。上方、下方、上部、下部、垂直、水平なる用語は、図示された容器(1)の配置方向に関係している。よって、図1に示された燃焼室(6)は使用中はその下端部にただ1つのガス出口(7)を有する。燃焼室の壁(8)の内側にあるスラグの固定層を除いて、すべての生成物ガス及び形成されたすべてのスラグが、この出口(7)を通ってこの燃焼室から排出される。各バーナー(2)は、酸化剤ガス(3)と炭素質供給原料(4)との供給導管を備える。随意に、スラグの融点を下げてスラグ層の厚さを小さくするために、モデレーターガスやいわゆるフラックス剤をバーナー(2)に供給してもよい。図1には、4個のバーナー(2)を備えた反応容器(1)が示されている。好ましくは4個又は6個のバーナー開口部が燃焼室(6)の壁の同じ水平レベルに存在し、これらの開口部が燃焼室の管状壁の円周に沿って均等に配置される。このようにして、直径方向に配置された複数のバーナー対が得られる。別法として、バーナー(2)の対を異なる水平面に配置してもよい。別の高さにある一対のバーナーに対して複数のバーナー対を互い違いの構成に配置してもよい。このような態様では、8個以下のバーナー(2)を2つ以上の異なる水平面内に配置してもよい。

Claims (12)
- ガス化反応容器の上半分に燃焼室を備え、使用中は前記燃焼室の下端部に生成物ガス出口を有し、酸化剤ガスと炭素質供給原料の供給導管を少なくとも備えたバーナーが、使用中に前記燃焼室中に火を発射するように配置されたガス化反応容器であって、
前記燃焼室の壁と容器壁との間に環状空間が設けられ、
前記燃焼室の壁が相互連結された管の配列から構成され、
同じ水平高さにて互いに直径方向に配置された2個のバーナー開口部が前記燃焼室の壁に設けられ、前記バーナー開口部にバーナーが設けられた前記ガス化反応容器。 - 4個又は6個のバーナー開口部が同じ水平高さにて前記燃焼室の壁に設けられ、前記開口部が前記燃焼室の管状壁の円周に沿って均等に配置される請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 8個以下のバーナー開口部が2つ以上の異なる水平面の位置に設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。
- 前記バーナー開口部と前記反応容器の軸とを結ぶ水平線に対する前記バーナーの発射角度が1°〜8°である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記バーナー開口部に加えて始動バーナー用の開口部が、水冷される前記壁に設けられ、始動バーナーが前記開口部に配置される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記燃焼室の壁が耐火物質でコーティングされる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記燃焼室の下端部の生成物ガス出口がディップ管に流体連結され、前記ディップ管が前記反応容器の下端部に設けられた水槽に部分的に沈められる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 使用中に下方に流れる水素と一酸化炭素との混合物に急冷媒体を加えるための手段が前記ディップ管の上端部に設けられる請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記反応容器からスラグを排出するためのスラグ排出開口部が前記反応容器の下端部に設けられる請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- バーナー開口部が、垂直に方向付けられ相互に連結された複数の同心リングからなるバーナーマッフルであり、前記リングの直径がその隣接リングに対して次第に増大していることで、前記バーナーマッフルが一方の端部にて前記バーナー用のマッフル開口部を有し、もう一方の火炎放出端部にてより大きな開口部を有し、前記リングが冷媒用の入口と使用済み冷媒用の出口とを有する導管であり、前記バーナー用のマッフル開口部が前記容器壁と前記燃焼室の壁との間に配置される請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記バーナーマッフルが前記燃焼室の中に突出する請求項10に記載のガス化反応器。
- 前記バーナーマッフルの少なくとも1つのリングが前記燃焼室に突出する請求項11に記載のガス化反応器。
