Abstract

前記第2の中間領域に取り付けられた第2の冷却装置と、
を備える、ガス化反応炉。 - 前記第1の上側領域がドーム形状であり、前記第1の冷却装置が、前記ドーム形状の第1の上側領域の内側に取り付けられた円錐管体を含み、該円錐管体が、冷却材を導入するための入口と、該冷却材を引き出すための出口とを含む、請求項1記載のガス化反応炉。

前記ガス化反応炉の第2の中間領域に取り付けられた第2の冷却装置と、
を備え、前記第1の冷却装置及び前記第2の冷却装置が、前記第1の上側領域及び前記第2の中間領域にそれぞれ一致する形状を有する、冷却システム。 - ガス化反応炉の壁の温度を調節する方法であって、
前記壁の第1の領域の周りの第1の温度ゾーンと、前記壁の第2の領域の周りの第2の温度ゾーンとを少なくとも含む、前記ガス化反応炉の温度プロファイルを取得するステップと、
第1の冷却方式を利用して、前記第1の領域に関連付けられた第1の冷却装置を用いることにより、前記第1の領域の周りの前記取得した第1の温度ゾーンに応じて前記ガス化反応炉の第1の領域を冷却するステップと、
第2の冷却方式を利用して、前記第2の領域に関連付けられた第2の冷却装置を用いることにより、前記ガス化反応炉の前記第2の領域の周りの前記取得した第2の温度ゾーンに応じて前記ガス化反応炉の第2の領域を冷却するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 第3の冷却方式を利用して、前記第3の領域に関連付けられた第3の冷却装置を用いることにより、前記壁の第3の領域の周りの前記取得した第3の温度ゾーンに応じて前記壁の第3の領域を冷却するステップと、
を含む、請求項17記載の方法。 - 統合型ガス化複合サイクル発電システムであって、
ガス化装置を備え、該ガス化装置が、
部分燃焼下で炭素含有燃料と酸素含有ガスとを内部に受けて合成ガスを生成するよう構成された反応室を定めるベッセルを含み、
該ベッセルが、第1の領域及び第2の領域を含み、
前記ガス化装置が更に、
前記第1の領域と関連付けられた第1の冷却装置と、前記第2の領域と関連付けられた第2の冷却装置と、を有する冷却システムを含み、
前記統合型ガス化複合サイクル発電システムが更に、
前記ガス化装置に流れ連通して結合されて、前記ガス化装置から受け取った合成ガスを燃焼するよう構成されたガスタービンを備える、統合型ガス化複合サイクル発電システム。
