Description
m(銀化合物)/V(電解質)= 1.69±0.05g/ml
・Ag/AgClを、KCl、NaCl、LiCl、CaCl2、又はHClの水溶液電解質と共に使用する。
・Ag/AgBrを、KBr、NaBr、LiBr、CaBr2、又はHBrの水溶液電解質と共に使用する。
・Ag/AgIを、KI、NaI、LiI、CaI2、又はHIの水溶液電解質と共に使用する。
・Ag/Ag2SO4を、電解質としてのH2SO4と共に使用する。

Claims (13)
- ケーシング(1)の内部空洞(2)内に、銀化合物の粒子を含む活物質と、電解質溶液を含浸させた多孔質材料とを連続して備え、前記内部空洞(2)の底部に固定された銀線(4)が、前記活物質中に部分的に埋め込まれており、前記内部空洞(2)が、多孔質液絡を形成する閉栓(10)により閉じられている参照電極であって、
前記銀化合物は、前記電解質溶液の負イオンを含む不溶性の銀塩又は酸化銀であり、
前記活物質は、前記銀化合物の粉末と前記電解質溶液とを含むペースト(8)で形成されており、
前記含浸多孔質材料(9)は、前記閉栓(10)により機械的に圧縮されていることを特徴とする参照電極。 - 前記含浸多孔質材料(9)は、複数のマットセパレータ部片により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の参照電極。
- 前記含浸多孔質材料(9)は、ガラス繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、又はポリエチレン繊維で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の参照電極。
- 前記内部空洞(2)は、内側にねじ山が設けられた開口端(3)を備え、前記開口端(3)は、前記閉栓(10)の相補形のねじ(13)でねじ留めされていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極。
- 前記銀線(4)の前記埋め込まれた部分は、らせん状に巻かれていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極。
- 前記閉栓(10)は、多孔質液絡体(11)を取り囲むプラスチック体(12)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極。
- 前記多孔質液絡体(11)は、黒鉛で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極。
- 前記電解質は、アルカリ電解質であり、前記銀化合物は、Ag2O、AgCl、AgBr、及びAgIの間で選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極。
- 前記電解質は、H2SO4であり、前記銀化合物は、Ag2SO4であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極。
- 前記内部空洞(2)が、内側にねじ山が設けられた開口端(3)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極の製造方法であって、
前記ケーシング(1)の前記内部空洞(2)内で、前記銀線(4)の突出端部のまわりに前記ペースト(8)を堆積させることと、
残りの前記空洞を、前記電解質溶液に浸漬された前記多孔質材料で、前記内側にねじ山が設けられた開口端(3)の2つの端部間に位置する中間部分まで充填することと、
前記含浸マットセパレータ部片を圧縮し、且つ、前記内部空洞(2)を閉じるよう、前記内部空洞(2)の前記開口端に前記閉栓(10)をねじ留めすることと、
を含む方法。 - 前記含浸多孔質材料は、前記内部空洞(2)を閉じた後、前記閉栓(10)により、体積で4〜5%圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ペースト(8)は、電解質1ミリリットルあたり銀化合物1.69±0.05gの比で、前記銀化合物粉末を前記電解質溶液と混合することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項10及び11のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の参照電極を備える電池であって、前記参照電極の前記電解質溶液は、前記電池の電解質溶液と同じであることを特徴とする電池。
