Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による圧延ロールは、内周面と、外周面と、両側面とを備え、両側面のうち少なくとも一つの側面には前記外周面より前記内周面に隣接して少なくとも一つのキー溝が形成され、前記キー溝は凹曲面形状であり球面または楕円体面の一部である。

そのような圧延ロールの例が図1〜図3に示されている。この圧延ロール1のキー溝(key way)2は圧延ロールの一側面から他側面まで延びている。
Claims (9)
- 内周面と、外周面と、両側面とを備え、
前記両側面のうち少なくとも一つの側面には前記外周面より前記内周面に隣接して少なくとも一つのキー溝が形成され、
前記キー溝は凹曲面形状である、
圧延ロール。 - 前記圧延ロールは、超硬合金からなる、請求項1に記載の圧延ロール。
- 前記凹曲面は、球面の一部である、請求項1または2に記載の圧延ロール。
- 前記キー溝の幅は、12〜36mmであり、深さは2〜6mmであり、曲率半径は10〜30mmである、請求項3に記載の圧延ロール。
- 前記凹曲面は楕円体面の一部である、請求項1または2に記載の圧延ロール。
- 前記キー溝の長幅は15〜45mmであり、深さは2〜6mmである、請求項5に記載の圧延ロール。
- 圧延ロールと、回転軸と、前記圧延ロールと回転軸を一体に結合させる少なくとも一つのキーとを備え、
前記圧延ロールは内周面と、外周面と、両側面と、前記両側面のうち少なくとも一つの側面に前記外周面より前記内周面に隣接するように形成されて凹曲面形状の少なくとも一つのキー溝とを有し、
前記回転軸は前記圧延ロールのキー溝に対応する少なくとも一つのキー溝を有し、
前記キーは前記圧延ロールのキー溝と前記回転軸のキー溝とで形成される空洞に収容され、前記キーの体積は前記空洞の体積より大きい、
圧延機。 - 前記キーは、前記圧延ロールのキー溝表面より硬度が小さい、請求項7に記載の圧延機。
- 前記圧延ロールは、超硬合金からなっており、前記キーの硬度はHRC40以下である、請求項8に記載の圧延機。
