Claims (7)
- −コンプレッサ(2)と、
−前記コンプレッサ(2)にシャフト(3)によって接続され、かつ排気入口(5)および排気出口(7)を有するタービン(4)と、
−前記排気入口(5)から分岐して前記タービン(4)を迂回し、前記排気出口(7)に至るバイパスライン(6)であって、接続装置(12)によってフラップシャフト(14)に接続されるフラップ板(13)を有するチャージ圧力調整フラップ(16)が配置されるバイパスライン(6)と
を有するターボチャージャ(1)において、
−前記接続装置(12)が、湾曲した合わせ面(18)に動作可能に接続される円錐状の接触面(17)を有することを特徴とするターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記円錐状の接触面(17)が前記フラップシャフト(14)のレバー(22)に配置され、前記湾曲した合わせ面(18)が前記フラップ板(13)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記円錐状の接触面(17)が前記フラップ板(13)に配置され、前記湾曲した合わせ面(18)が前記フラップシャフト(6)のレバー(22)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記フラップシャフト(14)の中心軸(20)が、前記フラップ板(13)の封止面(19)と共通の平面内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ(1)。
- −コンプレッサ(2)と、
−前記コンプレッサ(2)にシャフト(3)によって接続され、かつ排気入口(5)および排気出口(7)を有するタービン(4)と、
−前記排気入口(5)から分岐して前記タービン(4)を迂回し、前記排気出口(7)に至るバイパスライン(6)であって、接続装置(12)によってフラップシャフト(14)に接続されるフラップ板(13)を有するチャージ圧力調整フラップ(16)が配置されるバイパスライン(6)と
を有するターボチャージャ(1)において
−前記接続装置(12)が、湾曲した合わせ面(18)に動作可能に接続される湾曲した接触面(17)を有することを特徴とするターボチャージャ(1)。 - −コンプレッサ(2)と、
−前記コンプレッサ(2)にシャフト(3)によって接続され、かつ排気入口(5)および排気出口(7)を有するタービン(4)と、
−前記排気入口(5)から分岐して前記タービン(3)を迂回し、前記排気出口(7)に至るバイパスライン(6)であって、接続装置(12)によってフラップシャフト(14)に接続されるフラップ板(13)を有するチャージ圧力調整フラップ(16)が配置されるバイパスライン(6)と
を有するターボチャージャ(1)において、
−前記接続装置(12)が、前記フラップシャフト(14)の中心軸(20)が前記フラップ板(13)の封止面(19)と共通の平面内にあるように設計されることを特徴とするターボチャージャ(1)。 - ターボチャージャ(1)のコンプレッサおよび/またはタービンのチャージ圧力調整フラップ(16)であって、
−接続装置(12)によってフラップシャフト(14)に接続されるフラップ板(13)であって、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の特徴的部分によって特徴付けられるフラップ板(13)
を有する、チャージ圧力調整フラップ(16)。
