Abstract
Description
変動器は、更に回転自在に装着されたサン及びリング部分と、遊星とを有し、キャリヤは、サン及びリングの相対回転がキャリヤの傾き運動及びその結果としてのローラ軸線の傾斜の変化を生じさせるように、サン及びリングに係合し、遊星はその位置を制御するようにサン及びリングの双方に係合し、遊星の回転位置はサン及びリングとのその係合とは独立に制御される。
Claims (16)
- 変動器であって、
共通軸線のまわりで回転するように装着され、かつ、それぞれの形状面を備えた一対のレースを有し、これらの形状面が、一方のレースから他方のレースへ駆動力を伝達するためにレースの形状面上で運動する少なくとも1つのローラを収容する環状の空洞を一緒に画定し、該ローラがローラ軸線を有し、軸受を介してキャリヤに装着され、該軸受は、ローラがその軸線のまわりで旋回するのを許容し、また共通軸線に対するローラ軸線の傾斜を変更するようにキャリヤに関して転頭運動するのを許容し、それによって変動器比の変更を可能にし、
前記変動器が、更に同心的に位置し共通軸線のまわりで回転するように装着されたサン及びリングを有し、前記キャリヤは、サン及びリングの相対回転がキャリヤの傾斜運動及びその結果としてのローラ軸線の傾斜の変更を生じさせるように、サン及びリングに係合し、
前記変動器が、更にサン及びリングの回転を制御するための機構を有し、この機構が、環状の空洞内に装着されて、サン及びリングに作動的に係合する遊星と、遊星に作動的に結合されたアクチュエータと、サン及びリングとの係合とは独立に遊星の回転を制御するための構成とを有することを特徴とする変動器。 - 前記遊星の回転を制御するための構成が遊星の回転を阻止するのに役立つことを特徴とする請求項1の変動器。
- 前記アクチュエータが共通軸線のまわりでの円周方向の運動経路に沿って遊星を運動させるように配列されることを特徴とする請求項1の変動器。
- 前記遊星の回転を制御するための構成が、遊星の回転を阻止し、その運動方向に対する横断方向に沿った遊星のある運動を許容するようにされることを特徴とする請求項3の変動器。
- 前記遊星の回転を制御するための構成が溝穴内に摺動自在に受け入れられた舌片を有することを特徴とする請求項4の変動器。
- 前記アクチュエータがリニアアクチュエータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかの変動器。
- 前記アクチュエータが液圧ピストン及びシリンダ構成を有することを特徴とする請求項4の変動器。
- 前記アクチュエータがそれぞれのシリンダ内の一対のピストンを有することを特徴とする請求項4の変動器。
- 前記アクチュエータが、アクチュエータの力を遊星に伝達し、かつ、遊星の回転を阻止しながら、アクチュエータの運動方向に垂直な方向における遊星のある運動を許容する補足的な摺動部分を介して遊星に結合されることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれかの変動器。
- 前記サン、リング及び遊星が歯付きであり、遊星歯車セットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかの変動器。
- トルク制御されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかの変動器。
- 前記リングが環状の外側部分と、内側のハブ部分に通じる少なくとも1つの半径方向に延びる枝部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかの変動器。
- 前記ハブ部分がリングを装着するために共通軸線のまわりでジャーナル接続されることを特徴とする請求項12の変動器。
- 前記遊星がリングのハブ部分から半径方向外方に延びる制御部材を介してリングに作動的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項13の変動器。
- 前記制御部材が遊星の外側歯付き部分と噛み合う外側歯付き部分を有することを特徴とする請求項14の変動器。
- 変動器であって、
共通軸線のまわりで回転するように装着され、それぞれの形状面を備えた一対のレースを有し、これらの形状面が、一方のレースから他方のレースへ駆動力を伝達するためにレースの形状面上で運動する少なくとも1つのローラを収容する環状の空洞を一緒に画定し、前記ローラがローラ軸線を有し、軸受を介してキャリヤに装着され、

前記変動器が更に同心的に位置し共通軸線のまわりで回転するように装着されたサン及びリングを有し、前記キャリヤは、サン及びリングの相対回転がキャリヤの傾斜運動及びその結果としてのローラ軸線の傾斜の変更を生じさせるように、サン及びリングに係合し、
前記変動器が更にサン及びリングの回転を制御するための機構を有し、
この機構が、環状の空洞内に装着されて、サン及びリングに作動的に係合する遊星と、共通軸線のまわりで円周方向に沿って遊星を移動させるように遊星に作動的に結合されたアクチュエータとを有し、
前記遊星がその回転を阻止するような方法で装着されることを特徴とする変動器。
