反射器(19)が、同じ又は異なる部品の間に連続的にレーザビーム(3)を複数の異なる溶接場所(14)に導くために用いられる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
上記反射器(19)は、異なる溶接場所(14)に割り当てられる複数の反射面(11)を有する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7又は請求項8に記載の方法において、
上記反射器(19)は、上記第1部品(1)に一体的に形成され、
又は、上記反射器(19)は、上記部品(1)に永久に取り付けられ、
又は、上記反射器(19)は、溶接プロセスの用途にだけ上記第1部品(1)と関連して位置決めされる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記レーザビーム(3)は、
その力に関し、特に、
そのパルス頻度及び振幅に、
それぞれの反射面(11)又は屈折面(18)からの光路に、
それぞれの溶接場所(14)に、
対向する反射面(11)及び/又は屈折面(18)の光線角度に関し、
異なる溶接場所(14)で、特に温度及び露出時間にほぼ等しい溶接パラメータが存在するように、適応される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - プラスチック、特にパイプ(2)及びキャリア板(1)でできている2つの部品(1,2)をレーザ溶接する方法であって、
上記2つの部品(1,2)は、レーザ溶接の間、使用するレーザビーム(3)に対する吸収効果を有し、
上記2つの部品(1,2)は、該部品(1,2)の間に、所定の隙間幅(24)を有する隙間(10)があるように、互いに関連して位置決めされ、
上記レーザビーム(3)は、上記隙間(10)に上記隙間幅(24)に対して直角な隙間伸び方向(25)と平行して照射される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
上記隙間幅(24)は、上記レーザビーム(3)の直径にほぼ等しく、又は該レーザビーム(3)の直径よりも最大10倍大きく設定される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11又は請求項12に記載の方法において、
上記隙間(10)は、上記部品(1,2)のうちの1つにより覆われ、該部品(1,2)を通って、上記レーザビーム(3)が上記隙間(10)へ貫通する
ことを特徴とする方法。
