Claims (6)
- 1つのスピンドルハウジング(1)と、
前記スピンドルハウジング(1)内で、回転軸(X)を中心に回転および駆動可能に、静圧型空気軸受によって支持されているスピンドルシャフト(3)と、
前記スピンドルシャフト(3)と一緒に回転するためにこれと連結されているツールホルダー(4)とを有する高速スピンドルであって、
前記スピンドルシャフト(3)が軸方向の貫通孔(31)を有し、トルク耐性に、また、軸方向に固定された状態でツールホルダー(4)と接続しているツールホルダーシャフト(48)が前記貫通孔を介して通され、
前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)が、トルク耐性に、しかし前記スピンドルシャフト(3)に対し相対的に軸方向へ移動可能であるように、前記スピンドルシャフト(3)と連結されており、
前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)に作用する併進アクチュエータ(6)が、前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)と前記ツールホルダー(4)を軸方向に動かすために準備されていることを特徴とする、高速スピンドル。 - 前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)と前記スピンドルシャフト(3)とをトルク耐性に連結するために、前記スピンドルシャフト(3)と接続された、1つの軸方向の孔を有する回転同期カップリング(5)が準備され、前記孔を介して前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)が通されており、その際、前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)には、前記回転同期カップリング(5)の部分に縦方向の形状が付けられ、これに対応するように形成された前記回転同期カップリング(5)の形状体が前記縦方向の形状にかみ合うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高速スピンドル。
- 前記回転同期カップリング(105)の形状体が少なくとも1つの球体(149)から形成され、前記ツールホルダーシャフト(148)の前記縦方向の形状が少なくとも1つの軸に平行な縦溝(148´)によって形成され、前記縦溝の中に少なくとも1つの球体(149)がかみ合い、前記球体は前記回転同期カップリング(105)の内壁(151)に形成されているボールソケット(150´)の中で支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高速スピンドル。
- 前記回転同期カップリング(5)の形状体と前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)の前記縦方向の形状とが、シャフト‐ハブ接続、とりわけ多重歯型形状接続を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高速スピンドル。
- 前記併進アクチュエータ(6)が1つのリニアアクチュエータによって形成されており、前記リニアアクチュエータは1つの軸継ぎ手(60)によって前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)と軸方向に連結され、1つの平らな、軸方向に作用するエアベアリングにより、前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)に関して回転デカップリングされていることを特徴とする、これまでの請求項の1つに記載の高速スピンドル。
- 前記併進アクチュエータ(6)と前記ツールホルダーシャフト(48)間の前記軸継ぎ手(60)がマグネットを有しており、それによって磁力による軸方向の連結が行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高速スピンドル。
