Claims (25)
- 互いに離間し、ほぼ平行した関係で配設された、1対のほぼ平坦な熱伝導プレートと、
これらプレートを互いに分離させ、第1の方向の流れと第2の方向の流れとのための第1のフロー・チャネルと第2のフロー・チャネルとを、プレート間に規定した複数の離間部材とを具備し、
少なくとも第1のフロー・チャネル中で、これらプレートは、複数のフィンに分けられ、これらフィンは、前記第1の方向で互いに分離され、また、この第1の方向に直交する方向で、プレートから複数のオフセット位置へとオフセットされている熱交換器。 - 少なくとも前記第2のフロー・チャネル中で前記フィンに形成された水保持面と、この第2のフロー・チャネルにこれらフィンを湿らせるための水の源とを具備する請求項1の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のフィンは、前記第1の方向に直交する方向で、プレートから少なくとも4つの位置へオフセットされている請求項1もしくは2の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のフィンは、コード長を有し、複数の繰り返すグループを成すように配設され、各繰り返すグループのこれらフィンは、第1の方向でずらして置かれ、互いに第1の方向に直交する方向でオフセットされ、第1の方向に隣接したグループの対応するフィンのピッチは、少なくとも前記コード長の3倍であり、より好ましくは、このコード長の5倍である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の熱交換器。
- 複数の第1のフロー・チャネルと複数の第2のフロー・チャネルとを具備する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1の熱交換器。
- 各フロー・チャネル中のオフセットされた前記フィンは、互いに同じ絶対長を有している請求項1乃至5のいずれか1の熱交換器。
- ほぼ平坦な熱交換プレートを準備することと、
互いに接続され、且つ、前記プレートの面から複数のオフセット位置へとオフセットされた複数のフィンを、前記プレートにより形成することと、
離間材料の複数の細長い片を前記プレートに与え、グリッドを形成することと、
更なるグリッドを形成するように上記のことを繰り返すことと、
複数の第1のフロー・チャネルと複数の第2のフロー・チャネルとを形成するように、前記グリッドを積み重ねることとを具備する熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記離間材料の複数の片は、同時に前記プレート上に押し出し成形される請求項7の方法。
- 前記離間材料は、射出成型されたフレームとして、少なくとも部分的に接着剤で、好ましくは熱によって活性化される接着剤でコーティングされる、請求項8の方法。
- 形成された複数のプレートの複数のグリッドと離間材料とは、一緒に積み重ねられ、そして、グリッドを互いに接着するような圧力と熱との少なくとも一方を受ける請求項8もしくは9の方法。
- 熱伝導性の前記複数のフィンは、コード長を有し、複数の繰り返すグループを成すように配設され、各繰り返すグループのこれらフィンは、互いに前記第1の方向にずらして置かれ、互いに前記第1の方向に直交する方向でオフセットされ、前記第1の方向に隣接するグループの対応するフィンのピッチは、前記コード長の少なくとも3倍に相当する、請求項7乃至10のいずれか1の方法。
- 第1の方向の流れのための第1のフロー・チャネルと、
第2の方向の流れのための第2のフロー・チャネルと、
前記第1のフロー・チャネルを前記第2のフロー・チャネルから分離する離間部材と、
前記離間部材を通って、前記第1のフロー・チャネルと第2のフロー・チャネルとの両方に延びる複数の熱伝導フィンとを具備し、これらフィンは、少なくとも第1のフロー・チャネル中でコード長を有し、複数の繰り返すグループを成すように配設され、各繰り返すグループのこれらフィンは、互いに前記第1の方向にずらして置かれ、互いに前記第1の方向に直交する方向でオフセットされており、前記第1の方向に隣接したグループの対応する複数のフィンのピッチは、前記コード長の少なくとも3倍に相当する、熱交換器。 - 前記複数のフィンは、前記離間部材を通って別個に延びる、伝導性の材料でできたそれぞれの片を有する請求項12の熱交換器。
- 互いに離間され、ほぼ平行関係で配設された、前記離間部材を通って延びる複数の熱伝導プレートを具備し、これらプレートは、前記第1のフロー・チャネル中と第2のフロー・チャネル中とに前記フィンを形成するように切断される、請求項12の熱交換器。
- 1以上の前記離間部材は、絶縁材料を含む請求項12乃至14のいずれか1の熱交換器。
- 複数の離間部材と、複数の第1のフロー・チャネルと、複数の第2のフロー・チャネルとをさらに具備する請求項12乃至15のいずれか1の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも前記第2のフロー・チャネルの前記フィンに水保持層を具備する請求項1、3、4、5、6、もしくは12乃至16のいずれか1の熱交換器を具備し、この第2のフロー・チャネルのフィンを湿らせるための水の源を更に具備する蒸発冷却器。
- 請求項1乃至6もしくは12乃至16のいずれか1の熱交換器を具備し、冷却ユニットを更に具備し、空気の流れが、前記第1のフロー・チャネルを通って前記冷却ユニットに流れるように、そして、冷却された空気が、前記冷却ユニットから、前記第2のフロー・チャネルを通って戻るように構成された除湿器。
- 熱伝導材料の複数の細長い片を準備する工程と、
熱交換器の中で、第1の方向の流れのための第1のフロー・チャネルと、第2の方向の流れのための第2のフロー・チャネルとを分離する離間部材を設ける工程と、
各細長い片が、前記離間部材を通って前記第1のフロー・チャネルと第2のフロー・チャネルとの両方へと延びる熱伝導フィンを形成するように、熱伝導材料の前記細長い片を前記離間部材中に組み入れる工程とを、
特定の順序無く含む熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記熱伝導材料の複数のフィンは、熱伝導材料のプレートをシュレッダーにかけること、もしくはスタンピングすることによって形成される、請求項19の製造方法。
- 前記複数の細長い片を組み入れる離間部材は、1つの面内で、互いに離間され、ほぼ平行な、細長い、熱伝導部材でできた片の第1の層を設けることと、
離間材料でできた細長い片を、熱伝導片の前記第1の層に、熱伝導片にほぼ直交するように与え、グリッドを形成することと、
1つの面内で、互いに離間され、ほぼ平行な、熱伝導片の第2の層を、前もって与えられた離間材料に与えることと、
離間材料でできた細長い片を、前もって与えられた離間材料に対応する熱伝導片の前記第2の層に与えることとによって、形成される請求項19の製造方法。 - 互いに離間された、ほぼ平行な、熱伝導材料でできた複数の細長い片が上に置かれる複数のプラットフォームと、これらプラットフォームにほぼ直交して延びている複数の溝とを有する第1の半体と、この第1の半体に相補的な第2の半体とを具備するモールドを準備し、また、複数の離間部材を形成するために、複数の細長い熱伝導片を前記複数のプラットフォームの上に位置し、且つ、適当な材料を前記複数の溝に注入することによって、前記複数の細長い片を組み入れる前記離間部材を形成し、この結果グリッドを形成する、請求項19の製造方法。
- 複数の第1のフロー・チャネルと複数の第2のフロー・チャネルとを形成するように、複数のグリッドが形成され、そして、積み重ねられる請求項22の製造方法。
- 前記複数の片が、第1の方向に直交する方向で、互いにオフセットされるように、前記プラットフォームは、互いに異なる高さを有する、請求項22もしくは23の製造方法。
- 前記熱伝導フィンは、コード長を有し、繰り返すグループで配設されており、各繰り返すグループのこれらフィンは、互いに前記第1の方向にずらして置かれ、互いに前記第1の方向に直交する方向でオフセットされ、前記第1の方向に隣接したグループの対応するフィンのピッチは、前記コード長の少なくとも3倍に相当する、請求項19乃至24のいずれか1の方法。
