Abstract
Description
本発明は、内燃機関の排ガスからの窒素酸化物を還元して窒素と水とを形成する還元剤、特に液状の還元剤を貯蔵するためのタンクであって、外側容器が設けられており、該外側容器内に内側容器が収容されており、該内側容器内に加熱エレメントが収容されており、液状の還元剤が、取出し装置によって取り出されるようになっている形式のものに関する。
本発明の構成によれば、内側容器が、外側容器に接続されており、これによって、液状の還元剤が、内側容器から外側容器内に流れるようになっている。
還元剤を貯蔵するための本発明によるタンクは外側容器を有している。この外側容器内には、内側容器が収容されている。この場合、この内側容器内には、加熱エレメントが収容されている。第1の取出し管路によって、液体を内側容器から取り出すことができる。この内側容器は外側容器に接続されており、これによって、還元剤が内側容器から外側容器内に流れることができる。
本発明の実施例を図面に示し、以下に詳しく説明する。
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関の排ガスからの窒素酸化物を還元して窒素と水とを形成する還元剤、特に液状の還元剤を貯蔵するためのタンクであって、外側容器(2)が設けられており、該外側容器(2)内に内側容器(3)が収容されており、該内側容器(3)内に加熱エレメント(7)が収容されており、液状の還元剤が、取出し装置(13)によって取り出されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、内側容器(3)が、外側容器(2)に接続されており、これによって、液状の還元剤(25)が、内側容器(3)から外側容器(2)内に流れるようになっていることを特徴とする、還元剤を貯蔵するためのタンク。
- 内側容器(3)に少なくとも1つの貫通孔(5)が形成されており、該貫通孔(5)を通って、還元剤が、外側容器(2)から内側容器(3)内に流れるようになっていて、逆に内側容器(3)から外側容器(2)内に流れるようになっている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(3)に熱伝導金属薄板(41)が形成されており、該熱伝導金属薄板(41)が、外側容器(2)内に突出している、請求項1または2記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(3)が、少なくとも1つの貫通孔(5)にまで還元剤で満たされている場合に、加熱エレメント(7)が、完全に還元剤によってカバーされているように、少なくとも1つの貫通孔(5)が、内側容器(3)に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 消費されない液状の還元剤を戻す戻し通路(29)が、内側容器(3)に開口している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(3)が、漏斗状に形成されたエレメント(51)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 漏斗状のエレメント(51)が、還元剤よりも僅かな密度を有する材料から製造されている、請求項6記載のタンク。
- 戻し通路(29)が、外側容器(2)に開口しており、戻し通路(29)を介して当該タンク(1)内に戻される還元剤が、漏斗状のエレメント(51)に流れるようになっている、請求項6または7記載のタンク。
- 漏斗状のエレメント(51)に、全周にわたって延びる溝(71)が形成されており、該溝(71)内に、戻し通路(29)を介して当該タンク(1)内に戻される液状の還元剤が集められるようになっている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 外側容器(2)の底(17)にサンプ(15)が形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 還元剤を外側容器(2)から取り出すことができる第2の取出し管路(21)が、サンプ(15)に開口している、請求項10記載のタンク。
- 取出し装置の第1の取出し管路(13)と第2の取出し管路(21)とが、それぞれ加熱エレメント(7)の近傍で内側容器(3)にもしくは外側容器(2)に開口している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 第1の取出し管路(13)と第2の取出し管路(21)とに絞りエレメント(35,37)が形成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(3)内にも外側容器(2)内にも還元剤が含まれている場合に、同時に内側容器(3)と外側容器(2)とから還元剤が取り出されるように、第1の取出し管路(13)と第2の取出し管路(21)とに設けられた絞りエレメント(35,37)が調整されている、請求項13記載のタンク。
- 内側容器(3)が、戻される還元剤に基づき少なくとも1つの貫通孔(5)にまで満たされているように、絞りエレメント(35,37)が互いに調整されている、請求項13または14記載のタンク。
