技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于储存还原剂的罐。
背景技术
用于减少高含氧量废气中的氮氧化物的有前途的方法是该选择性的催化还原。该方法在不久的过去适用于减少发电厂的高含氧量废气中的氮氧化物含量。在传统的变型中,作为还原剂的气体状的氨被带入到废气流中并且与氮氧化物被选择性转化成氮和水。使用了紧凑的系统用于在汽车领域中的该方法的指定应用领域。在应用水尿素溶液(“尿素水”)的情况下,必须在汽车应用领域中一直带有一相应的还原剂储存装置。在尿素/水材料系统中的共晶温度大约为-11.5℃。为了满足对机动车中动力燃料适应冬天的要求,因此一附加的加热装置是必要的。在全部结冰的罐中,必须在一确定的时间内保证系统做好计量准备,也就是说足够大的量被解冻。如果被解冻的量太少,会从还原剂罐中吸入空气并且该系统不再起作用或者说停止。通过该电的整车电源,最大大约120瓦的电功率被用于解冻例如大约20-25升容量的罐,这不够用于快速解冻整个罐。
由DE102006027487公开了,配备有一个溢流罐和两个吸入管的还原剂罐。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出一种用于储存还原剂的罐,借助该还原剂能够将内燃机废气中的氮氧化物还原成氮和水,该罐具有用于从该罐的容器吸入还原剂的器件和用于至少部分地将吸入的还原剂导回到该容器中的回流管,其中,该回流管能借助加热装置被加热,其中,所述容器的内部空间借助设置在该内部空间中的空心体被分成一被该空心体包围的内部区域和一外部区域,用于吸入的所述器件包括一吸入管,该吸入管设置在所述内部区域中,并且,该吸入管在它吸入侧的端部上连接一过滤器,该过滤器与所述加热装置导热地相接触,并且,所述空心体具有穿孔,使得还原剂可从所述外部区域到达所述内部区域中以及从所述内部区域到达所述外部区域中,所述回流管的排出口设置在所述内部区域中。
与上述现有技术相对,根据本发明的罐具有优点,即,借助一合适设置的加热装置能一直以及也在罐液位低时能够解冻足够数量的尿素水或者还原剂。回流管与加热装置的热耦合也在应用一简单构造的液压系统的情况下确保积极影响解冻特性并且此外提高了罐的运行安全性。
通过进一步实施的措施,可实现上述罐的有利的其他构型或改进。特别有利的是,以合适的方式布置了回流管的排出口,使得已经泵出的还原剂可至少部分地准确地被导回到一个区域中,还原剂从该区域被抽走;这准确地支持了在应从其中抽走的该区域中的快速解冻特性。

具体实施方式
