Description
Claims (14)
- レール支持ブロックアセンブリ用のプレファブ弾性部材(1)であって、前記アセンブリは線路構造体(25)に埋設または装着されるように構成されており、弾性部材(1)の他に、1本またはそれ以上のレール(20)を該ブロック上に固定するように構成された上部と底部と周壁とを有するブロック(10)を備え、前記プレファブ弾性部材(1)はブロックの前記底部の下およびブロック周壁の少なくとも下部領域の周りに延びるように、前記ブロックに固定されている弾性部材において、
前記プレファブ弾性部材(1)が外側トレー(2)と前記外側トレーの中に配置される内側トレー(3)とを有し、前記プレファブ弾性部材(1)が前記外側トレー(2)と内側トレー(3)との間に配置される弾性中間構造体(5)を備えることを特徴とする弾性部材。 - 前記外側トレー(2)および内側トレー(3)の方が弾性中間構造体(5)より剛性が高い、請求項1記載の弾性部材。
- 前記外側トレー(2)および内側トレー(3)の各々が底部と立ち上がり周壁を備えている、請求項1または2記載の弾性部材。
- 前記外側トレー(2)と内側トレー(3)が接触点が無いように相互に間隔を空けて配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の弾性部材。
- 前記弾性中間構造体(5)がポリウレタン・エラストマー材料等のエラストマー材料を含む、好ましくは実質的にエラストマー材料から成る、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の弾性部材。
- 前記外側トレー(2)の外表面に外側トレーとコンクリートスラブとの係合を強化するための固定用形成物が設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の弾性部材。
- 前記外側トレー(2)および内側トレー(3)がプラスチック材料から形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の弾性部材。
- 前記外側トレー(2)および内側トレー(3)がシート材料、好ましくはプラスチックシート材料から形成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の弾性部材。
- 線路構造体(25)に埋設または装着されるように構成されているレール用弾性支持ブロックアセンブリ(1,10)であって、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の弾性部材(1)の他に、上部と底部と周壁とを有するブロック(10)を備え、前記ブロック1本またはそれ以上のレール(20)を該ブロック上に固定するように構成されており、プレファブ弾性部材が前記ブロックの底部の下およびブロック周壁の少なくとも下部領域の周りに延びるように該ブロックに固定されている、レール用弾性支持ブロックアセンブリ。
- 前記プレファブ弾性部材(1)が接着剤(17)またはモルタルを用いて前記ブロックに固定されている、レール用弾性支持ブロックアセンブリ(1,10)。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のプレファブ弾性部材の製造方法であって、前記外側トレー(2)と内側トレー(3)を製造し、前記外側トレー(2)と内側トレー(3)との間に前記弾性中間構造体(5)を配置することから成る製造方法。
- 請求項9に記載のレール用弾性支持ブロックアセンブリ(1,10)の製造方法であって、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の弾性部材(1)を製造し、ブロック(10)を製造し、前記弾性部材をブロックに固定することから成る製造方法。
- 弾性部材(1)を第1の場所で製造し、ブロック(10)を第2の離れた場所で製造し、弾性部材(1)を前記第2の場所に搬送して、前記第2の場所においてブロックに固定する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のレール支持ブロックアセンブリに固定された1本またはそれ以上のレールを含む軌道システム。
