Claims (6)
- システムであって、
第1開口部と第2開口部とを含んだ長形導通部を有する人体組織挿通部材と、半剛質で可撓性の弾性材料の部材とを含んだ経皮搬送サブシステムを含んでおり、該弾性部材は本体部とアパーチャ部とを含み、前記長形導通部を通過して搬送されるように設計されており、前記アパーチャ部は、該アパーチャ部が前記導通部から延び出すと該導通部の内径よりも大きな幅寸法を有した展開モードと、前記アパーチャ部が前記導通部内に存在するとき該導通部の内径となる幅寸法を有した縮小モードとを含んでおり、前記アパーチャ部は前記開口部内に挿入されると前記展開モードから前記縮小モードに移行し、前記開口部から脱出すると前記縮小モードから前記展開モードに移行することを特徴とするシステム。 - 経皮搬送サブシステムは、名目内径が略18ゲージを超えないサイズの脊髄針を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 半剛質で可撓性の弾性部材は形状記憶材料のフィラメントを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 経皮搬送サブシステムは、名目内径が略18ゲージを超えないサイズの脊髄針を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項3記載のシステム。
- 方法であって、
(a)体内の固定対象人体組織の部位に隣接した身体部に縫合糸ストランドを備えた縫合糸係留部を取り付けるステップと、
(b)脊髄針の鋭利な先端部から体外の手前端部にまで延びる導通部を有した脊髄針の鋭利な先端により人体組織を経皮的に突通するステップと、
(c)本体部とアパーチャ部とを含んでおり、前記導通部を通過して搬送される部材を前記脊髄針の1端部に挿入するステップであって、前記アパーチャ部は、該アパーチャ部が前記導通部から延び出すと該導通部の内径よりも大きな幅寸法を有した展開モードと、前記アパーチャ部が前記導通部内に存在するとき該導通部の内径となる幅寸法を有した縮小モードとを含んでおり、前記アパーチャ部が開口部内に挿入されると前記展開モードから前記縮小モードに移行し、前記開口部から脱出すると前記縮小モードから前記展開モードに移行するようにしているステップと、
(d)前記鋭利な先端部から前記アパーチャ部を展開させるステップと、
(e)前記アパーチャ部で縫合糸ストランドを捕獲するステップと、
(f)前記アパーチャ部を人体組織内を通して後退させることで前記捕獲した縫合糸ストランドを人体組織内に通過させるステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 関節上唇部の前後方向裂傷の修復方法であって、
(a)後部ポータルを上唇部近辺の肩部内に配置するステップと、
(b)少なくとも1本の縫合糸を含んだ縫合糸係留部を肩部の甲上腕関節内に約45°の角度で取り付けるステップと、
(c)横肩峰近辺にて針を経皮的に挿入し、肩部の棘腱に前記針を通過させるステップと、
(d)縫合糸運搬具を前記針の導通部を通して甲上腕関節内に導入するステップと、
(e)前記縫合糸を前記縫合糸運搬具に結合するステップと、
(f)前記縫合糸運搬具を肩部から引き出し、前記縫合糸を肩部外部の前記係留部から棘腱を通して延び出させるステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。
