Description
Claims (16)
- 調整器及び少なくとも一つのデバイスを含む無線ネットワークにおける電力制御方法であって、
電力節約モードにある第1デバイスが、前記調整器から電力制御モード変更情報を含む第1ビーコン(beacon)を受信する段階と、
前記電力制御モード変更情報に応じて電力制御モードを変更する段階と、
を含む電力制御方法。 - 前記電力制御モード変更情報は、電力節約モードから正常モードに変更することを指示する情報であり、前記電力制御モード変更段階で正常モードに変更してデータ送受信が可能な状態になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記調整器から前記第1デバイスのモードが変更されたことを指示する情報を含む第2ビーコンを受信する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記電力制御モードは、正常モード(normal mode)及び電力節約モード(Power save mode)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記電力節約モードは、データ送受信ができる覚醒(awake)状態及びデータ送受信ができない睡眠(sleep)状態を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電力制御方法。
- 少なくとも前記ビーコンが放送される区間には、前記電力節約モードにあるデバイスが覚醒状態を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記第1デバイスが前記調整器に電力制御モード変更要請メッセージを伝送する段階と、
前記電力制御モード変更要請信号に相応する電力制御モード変更応答メッセージを受信する段階と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力制御方法。 - 調整器及び少なくとも一つのデバイスを含む無線ネットワークで電力節約モードの第1デバイスと通信をしようとする第2デバイスにおける電力制御方法であって、
前記第1デバイスに対する電力制御モード変更要請メッセージを前記第2デバイスが前記調整器に伝送する段階と、
前記調整器から前記電力制御モード変更情報を含む第1ビーコンを受信する段階と、
を含む電力制御方法。 - 前記調整器から前記電力制御モード変更情報に応じて前記第1デバイスのモードが変更されたことを指示する情報を含む第2ビーコンを受信する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記第1ビーコン受信段階の後に、
前記第1デバイスが前記調整器に電力制御モード変更要請メッセージを伝送する段階と、
前記電力制御モード変更要請信号に相応する電力制御モード変更応答メッセージを受信する段階と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電力制御方法。 - 調整器及び少なくとも一つのデバイスを含む無線ネットワークで調整器における電力制御方法であって、
第1デバイスの電力制御モード変更を要請するメッセージを受信する段階と、
前記第1デバイスの電力制御モード変更情報を含むビーコンを放送する段階と、
を含む電力制御方法。 - 前記第1デバイスまたは第2デバイスのいずれかから前記第1デバイスに対する電力制御モード変更要請メッセージを受信する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記電力制御モードは、正常モード(normal mode)及び電力節約モード(Power save mode)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記電力節約モードは、データ送受信ができる覚醒(awake)状態及びデータ送受信ができない睡眠(sleep)状態を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電力制御方法。
- 少なくとも前記ビーコンが放送される区間には、前記電力節約モードにあるデバイスが覚醒状態を維持することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記第1デバイスが、前記電力節約モードから正常モードに変更されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電力制御方法。
