Abstract
Description
(a)内表面および外表面を有する熱可塑性ベニヤの最内層と;
(b)最内層の上に配置される結合層と;
(c)結合層の上に配置され、およびベニヤの外表面に対して適合性または接合可能であるポリマー層と、金属箔の薄層と、金属箔を保護する別のポリマー層とから構成される金属−ポリマー積層体と;
(d)金属−ポリマー積層体の上に配置され、エラストマー材料からなる編組下層と;
(e)編組下層の上に配置される補強編組層と;
(f)補強編組層の上に配置されるエラストマー材料の外層と
を含む、最内表面から最外表面まで配列された一連の層を含む方法が本明細書において開示され特許請求される。
−熱可塑性ベニヤ層;
−結合層;
−結合層に対して適合性であるポリマー層と、金属箔の薄層と、金属箔を保護する別のポリマー層とから構成される金属−ポリマー積層体;
−熱可塑性または熱硬化性エラストマーの編組下層;
−補強のための編組層;および
−エラストマー材料の外層
などの複数の層で構成されるホースの独立した選択を考慮すべきである。
Claims (6)
- 冷却システムまたは空調システムの中で伝熱流体を移送する方法であって、前記システムの1つまたは複数のホースの中を通過して伝熱流体を循環させるステップを含み、前記伝熱流体が、CO2およびHFC−134aからなる群より選択される化合物を含み、前記1つ以上のホースが:
(a)内表面および外表面を有する熱可塑性ベニヤの最内層と;
(b)前記最内層の上に配置される結合層と;
(c)前記結合層の上に配置され、および前記ベニヤの前記外表面に対して適合性または接合可能であるポリマー層と、金属箔の薄層と、前記金属箔を保護する別のポリマー層とから構成される金属−ポリマー積層体と;
(d)前記金属−ポリマー積層体の上に配置される、エラストマー材料からなる編組下層と;
(e)前記編組下層の上に配置される補強編組層と;
(f)前記補強編組層の上に配置されるエラストマー材料の外層と
を含む、最内表面から最外表面まで配列された一連の層を含む、方法。 - 前記ホースが、圧縮機の出口と凝縮器の入口との間に接続される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ホースが、前記凝縮器の出口と蒸発器の入口との間に接続される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ホースが、前記蒸発器の出口と前記圧縮機の入口との間に接続される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属−ポリマー積層体層中の前記金属箔がアルミニウムでできている、請求項1に記載の方法
- 1つ以上の追加の編組層(e)および/または1つまたは複数の追加の外層(f)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のホース。
