Description
Claims (20)
- セメントを含まず、且つ、次のa)及びb)、すなわち、
a)pH緩衝剤、及び
b)ヒュームドシリカ及び/又は金属結合剤を含有する耐火物骨材、
を含むことを特徴とする、耐火物品を製造するための耐火混合物。 - 前記pH緩衝剤がジルコニア、アルミナ、マグネシアもしくは非セメント質のカルシウム化合物、又はそれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 粒子サイズが70メッシュを超えない金属を含む結合剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし2記載の耐火混合物。
- 少なくとも65wt%の耐火物骨材、及び0.1〜10wt%の金属が存在することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の耐火混合物。
- 前記金属がアルミニウム、ケイ素、マグネシウム、クロム、ジルコニウムもしくは鉄、又はそれらの組み合わせもしくはそれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 前記金属がケイ素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 水を混ぜて所望の流動性を有する混合物を作ったときに、pHが10.0を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 下記a)〜e)を特徴とする方法で製造された、請求項1記載の混合物から作られた耐火物品。
a)前記耐火物骨材とpH緩衝剤を混合すること
b)十分な量の水を加えて、所望の流動性とpHを有する混合物を作ること
c)該混合物から物品を形成すること
d)該物品を養生させること
e)該付形物を乾燥させて余分な水分を除去すること - 乾燥後に前記物品を使用温度まで加熱することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の耐火物品。
- 前記pH緩衝剤がジルコニア、アルミナ、マグネシアもしくは非セメント質のカルシウム化合物、又はそれらの組合せであることを特徴とする、請求項8ないし9記載の耐火物品。
- 前記耐火物骨材を、粒子サイズが70メッシュを超えない金属を含む結合剤と混合することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の耐火物品。
- 前記金属がアルミニウム、ケイ素、マグネシウム、クロム、ジルコニウム及び/又は鉄、又はそれらの組み合わせもしくそれらの合金であることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の耐火物品。
- 前記金属がケイ素であることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の耐火物品。
- 前記pHが10.0を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の耐火物品。
- 下記a)〜e)を特徴とする、請求項1の物品の製造方法。
a)前記耐火物骨材とpH緩衝剤を混合すること
b)十分な量の水を加えて、所望の流動性を有する混合物を作ること
c)該混合物から物品を形成すること
d)該物品を養生させること
e)該付形物を乾燥させて余分な水分を除去すること - 前記pH緩衝剤がジルコニア、アルミナ、マグネシアもしくは非セメント質のカルシウム化合物、又はそれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記耐火物骨材を、粒子サイズが70メッシュを超えない金属を含む結合剤と混合することを特徴とする、請求項15ないし16記載の方法。
- 前記金属がアルミニウム、ケイ素、マグネシウム、クロム、ジルコニウム及び/又は鉄、又はそれらの組み合わせもしくはそれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記金属がケイ素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記pHが10.0を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項15記載の方法。
