Claims (39)
- 検査領域に配された物体に対し複数の角度位置で断層投影を取得する装置において、
放射線源、
前記放射線源により放射され、前記検査領域を横断した放射線を検出する放射線感応検出器、
を有する装置であり、前記放射線源及び前記検出器の横方向中心は共に、前記投影データの取得中、横方向のFOVの中心から横方向に変位している装置。 - 前記物体を示す体積データを生成するために、前記投影データを再構成する再構成装置を含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記放射線源及び前記検出器は回転軸の周りを回転し、前記回転軸は前記横方向のFOVの中心である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記投影データはX線CTデータである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記放射線源は一般的に扇形形状の横断面を持つ放射線ビームを放射し、前記横断面は前記検出器に対し垂直である光線を含み、前記光線は前記横方向のFOVの中心から横方向に変位している請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器は横方向中心を含み、前記光線は前記横方向中心と交差している請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記光線は前記放射線ビームの中心線である請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器はフラットパネル検出器である請求項5に記載の装置。

- 前記横方向のFOVの所望の寸法を特定するユーザ入力を受信するユーザインタフェースを含む請求項1に記載の装置において、前記検出器の所望の位置を決めるために前記所望の寸法を使用する装置。
- らせん状走査軌道に従って断層投影データを取得する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 約360°の軸走査軌道に従って断層投影データを取得する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 横方向のFOVの中心から横方向に変位した位置から、前記横方向のFOVの一部を横断する第1の放射線を放射するステップ、
前記第1の放射線を示すCT投影データを取得するために、前記横方向のFOVの中心から横方向に変位している放射線検出器を使用するステップ、
第1の放射線を放射して、及び第1のCTデータセットを取得するための複数の投影角度の各々の角度で前記第1の放射線を示すCT投影データを取得するために、前記放射線検出器を使用するステップを繰り返すステップ、並びに
第1の体積データを生成するために、前記CTデータを再構成するステップ
を有するCT方法。 - 前記第1の放射線を示すCT投影データを取得するために、放射線検出器を使用する前記ステップに続いて、前記横方向のFOVの大きさを変更するために、前記位置の横方向の変位及び前記検出器の横方向の変位を変更するステップ、
前記横方向のFOVの少なくとも一部を横断する第2の放射線を放射するステップ、
前記第2の放射線を示すCT投影データを取得するために、前記放射線検出器を使用するステップ、
第2の放射線を放射して、及び第2のCTデータセットを取得するための複数の投影角度の各々の角度で前記第2の放射線を示すCT投影データを取得するために、放射線検出器を使用するステップを繰り返すステップ、並びに
第2の体積データを生成するために、前記第2の投影データを再構成するステップ
をさらに含む請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の投影データは前記横方向のFOV全体を横断する請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向の変位を変更することは、前記放射線源及び前記検出器を前記横方向のFOVの接線方向に移動させることを含む請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向の変位を変更することは、画像中心を前記横方向のFOVに垂直な方向に移動させることを含む請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向の変位を変更することは、前記放射線源及び前記検出器を前記検出器と前記横方向のFOVの縁との間の最小距離が一定のままである方向に移動させることを含む請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向のFOVの所望の寸法を特定するユーザ入力を受信するステップを含む請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記放射線検出器はフラットパネル検出器であり、第1の放射線を放射することは一般的に扇形形状の横断面を持つ放射線ビームを放射することを含み、前記横断面は第1及び第2の最外部の光線を含み、並びに前記最外部の光線は等しい入射角で前記検出器と交差している請求項19に記載の方法。
- 第1の放射線を放射することは、一般的に扇形形状の横断面を持つ放射線ビームを放射することを含み、前記横断面は中心線を含み、前記中心線は前記横方向のFOVの中心から横方向に変位し、及び前記中心線は前記検出器に垂直な角度で前記検出器と交差している請求項19に記載の方法。

- 前記位置及び前記放射線検出器を回転軸の周りで回転させるステップを含む請求項19に記載の方法において、前記回転軸が前記横方向のFOVの中心である方法。
- 前記検出器により受信される散乱放射線を減少させるために、2次元の散乱線除去格子を使用するステップを含む請求項19に記載の方法。
- らせん状又は軸走査軌道に従ってCT投影データを取得するステップを含む請求項19に記載の方法。

前記X線源は、横方向の扇角を持つ放射線を放射し、
横方向のFOVの完全な角度のサンプリングは、180°に扇角を加えたよりも大きい角度にわたり投影データの取得を必要とする
CT装置。 - 回転ガントリを含む請求項32に記載の装置において、前記X線源及び前記X線検出器は前記回転ガントリに対し可動状態で取り付けられる装置。
- 前記横方向のFOVの完全な角度のサンプリングは、約360°の角度範囲にわたる投影データの取得を必要とする請求項32に記載の装置。
- 前記X線源により放射される前記放射線の中心線は、前記回転中心から変位されると共に、前記X線検出器の横方向中心と交差している請求項32に記載の装置。
- 前記放射線検出器は平面であり、前記中心線は前記放射線検出器の前記平面に垂直である請求項35に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器と前記検査領域との間に配され、前記検出器の横方向中心に対し対称である散乱線除去格子を含む請求項32に記載の装置。
- 前記横方向のFOVの大きさを変更するために、前記X線検出器の横方向の変位を変更する手段を含む請求項32に記載の装置。
- 円形、円−線、らせん状又は鞍状軌道のうちの1つに従ってデータを取得する手段を含む請求項32に記載の装置。
