Abstract
【解決手段】フッ化チタン塩を含む溶液とマグネシウム又はマグネシウム合金で構成される基材とを接触させることにより基材の表面に酸化チタンとフッ化マグネシウムの皮膜を生成させる。

Description
実施例1では、アナターゼTiO2結晶とMgF2結晶からなる耐食性皮膜をAZ31マグネシウム合金上に作製した。以下にその作製方法について説明する。
<実施例2>
実施例2では、アナターゼTiO2結晶とMgF2結晶からなる耐食性皮膜をマグネシウム基材上に作製した。以下にその作製方法について説明する。
nmと見積もられた。また、基板由来のピークも2θ = 32, 34, 37, 48, 58, 63, 69°付近に観察された。
<耐食性の評価>
実施例1で作製したアナターゼTiO2結晶とMgF2結晶からなる皮膜を被覆したAZ31基材および未処理のAZ31基材の腐食電位を測定した。その結果を図7に示す。
Claims (11)
- フッ化チタン塩を含む溶液とマグネシウム又はマグネシウム合金で構成される基材とを接触させることにより基材の表面に酸化チタンとフッ化マグネシウムの皮膜を生成させることを特徴とする皮膜の製造方法。
- フッ化チタン塩が、ヘキサフルオロチタン(IV)酸アンモニウム([NH4]2TiF6)、ヘキサフルオロチタン(IV)酸ナトリウム(Na2[TiF6])またはヘキサフルオロチタン(IV)酸カリウム(K2[TiF6])であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- フッ化チタン塩を含む溶液が、フッ化チタン塩水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- フッ化チタン塩水溶液にフッ素イオンを捕捉する添加剤を添加して酸化チタンの過飽和水溶液の調製した後、この酸化チタンの過飽和水溶液と基材とを接触させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- フッ素イオンを捕捉する添加剤が、ホウ酸であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- フッ化チタン塩水溶液のpHを6以下に調整して基材と接触させることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- フッ化チタン塩水溶液の温度が、50〜99℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- 基材は、その表面に真空紫外光照射による前処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜の製造方法。
- マグネシウム又はマグネシウム合金で構成される基材の表面に酸化チタンとフッ化マグネシウムの皮膜を有する皮膜形成部材であって、前記皮膜は、アナターゼTiO2結晶とMgF2結晶を含むことを特徴とする皮膜形成部材。
- 皮膜は、酸化チタンとフッ化マグネシウムの粒子から構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の皮膜形成部材。
- 粒子は、その表面に針状結晶を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の皮膜形成部材。
