Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池2の温度および燃料電池2の含水量を用いて燃料電池の目標昇温速度を算出する昇温速度算出部71と、昇温速度算出部71によって算出された目標昇温速度および燃料電池の昇温速度を用いて冷却水ポンプ54の駆動を制御する駆動制御部72と、を有し、駆動制御部72は、燃料電池2の昇温速度が目標昇温速度未満である場合には、冷却水の循環量が減少するように冷却水ポンプ54の駆動を制御し、燃料電池2の昇温速度が目標昇温速度以上である場合には、冷却水の循環量が増加するように冷却水ポンプ54の駆動を制御する。

Description
なお、上述した実施形態における駆動制御部72は、目標昇温速度および昇温速度に応じて冷却水ポンプ54の駆動を制御しているが、冷却水ポンプ54の駆動を制御する方法はこれに限定されない。例えば、目標昇温速度を用いて冷却水の目標循環量を算出し、この目標循環量に応じて冷却水ポンプの駆動を制御することとしてもよい。
Claims (8)
- 反応ガスの供給を受けて当該反応ガスの電気化学反応により電力を発生する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池に冷却水を循環供給するための冷却水循環流路と、
前記冷却水循環流路に冷却水を循環させる冷却水ポンプと、
低温起動中に、前記燃料電池の昇温速度に応じて前記冷却水ポンプの駆動を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記燃料電池の温度および前記燃料電池の含水量を用いて前記燃料電池の目標昇温速度を算出する目標昇温速度算出手段と、
前記目標昇温速度算出手段によって算出された前記目標昇温速度および前記燃料電池の昇温速度を用いて前記冷却水ポンプの駆動を制御する駆動制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記駆動制御手段は、
前記燃料電池の昇温速度が前記目標昇温速度未満である場合に、冷却水の循環量が減少するように前記冷却水ポンプの駆動を制御し、
前記燃料電池の昇温速度が前記目標昇温速度以上である場合に、冷却水の循環量が増加するように前記冷却水ポンプの駆動を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記燃料電池の温度および前記燃料電池の含水量を用いて前記燃料電池の目標昇温速度を算出する目標昇温速度算出手段と、
前記目標昇温速度算出手段によって算出された前記目標昇温速度を用いて算出される冷却水の循環量に応じて前記冷却水ポンプの駆動を制御する駆動制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記目標昇温速度を用いて冷却水の目標循環量を算出する目標循環量算出手段を、さらに備え、
前記駆動制御手段は、前記目標循環量に応じて前記冷却水ポンプの駆動量を制御することを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記駆動制御手段は、前記目標昇温速度から前記昇温速度を減算した値が所定の第1閾値以上になった場合に、前記冷却水ポンプを停止させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記駆動制御手段は、前記目標昇温速度から前記昇温速度を減算した値が、前記第1閾値以下の値である第2閾値以下になった場合に、前記冷却水ポンプを駆動させることを特徴とする請求項6記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記冷却水循環流路に設けられ、冷却水の温度を測定する温度センサを、さらに有し、
前記制御手段は、前記燃料電池の起動中に前記温度センサによって検出された温度が所定の低温閾値以下である場合に、前記低温起動中であると判定することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システム。
