Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁処理された軟磁性材料に低融点潤滑剤を添加し、低融点潤滑剤が添加された軟磁性材料を温間成形し、成形された軟磁性材料を熱処理することで、軟磁性材料および低融点潤滑剤を含む軟磁性圧粉磁芯を製造する。低融点潤滑剤としては、融点が50℃以上170℃以下であり、オレイン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸銅、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸アミド、エルカ酸アミド、あるいはオレイン酸アミドの少なくともいずれか1以上である。

Description
本発明にかかる軟磁性圧粉磁芯は、少なくとも軟磁性材料に低融点潤滑剤を添加し、低融点潤滑剤が添加された軟磁性材料を常温よりも高く加温するとともに加圧して任意の形状に成形する温間成形を行うことにより製造されるものである。つまり、本発明にかかる軟磁性圧粉磁芯は、軟磁性材料および低融点潤滑剤を含むものである。図1は、本発明の温間成形時における軟磁性材料と低融点潤滑剤との関係を示す模式図である。図2は、従来例の温間成形時における軟磁性材料と高融点潤滑剤との関係を示す模式図である。図1および図2において、1は軟磁性材料であり、2は低融点潤滑剤であり、3は高融点潤滑剤である。ここで、高融点潤滑剤3は、例えば、融点が180℃のステアリン酸ベリリウム(以下、単に「St−Be」と称する場合がある。)や、融点が220℃のステアリン酸リチウム(以下、単に「St−Li」と称する場合がある。)など、一般的に軟磁性圧粉磁芯に含まれる融点が170℃を超える潤滑剤をいう。

Claims (8)
- 軟磁性材料および低融点潤滑剤を含み、前記軟磁性材料に対する相対密度が97.2%以上であることを特徴とする軟磁性圧粉磁芯。
- 前記低融点潤滑剤は、融点が50℃以上170℃以下である請求項1に記載の軟磁性圧粉磁芯。
- 前記低融点潤滑剤は、オレイン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸銅、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸アミド、エルカ酸アミド、あるいはオレイン酸アミドの少なくともいずれか1以上である請求項1または2に記載の軟磁性圧粉磁芯。
- 軟磁性材料に低融点潤滑剤を添加する工程と、
前記添加された軟磁性材料を温間成形する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする軟磁性圧粉磁芯の製造方法。 - 前記軟磁性材料は、絶縁処理されたものである請求項4に記載の軟磁性圧粉磁芯の製造方法。
- 前記低融点潤滑剤は、融点が50℃以上170℃以下の金属石鹸あるいは脂肪酸アミドの少なくともいずれか一方からなる潤滑剤である請求項4または5に記載の軟磁性圧粉磁芯の製造方法。
- 前記温間成形時における温度が80℃以上200℃以下であり、
前記低融点潤滑剤は、融点が前記成形温度以下である請求項6に記載の軟磁性圧粉磁芯の製造方法。 - 前記低融点潤滑剤は、オレイン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸銅、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸アミド、エルカ酸アミド、あるいはオレイン酸アミドの少なくともいずれか1以上である請求項4〜6のいずれか1つに記載の軟磁性圧粉磁芯の製造方法。
