Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のほうろう用フリットは、全体重量に対して15〜52重量%のP2O5、13〜42重量%のAl2O3、3〜22重量%のB2O3および13.5〜23.5重量%のアルカリ金属酸化物を含み、さらに、TiO2および/またはZrO2を含み、TiO2の含有量が0〜15重量%であり、ZrO2の含有量が1〜17重量%であるが、(TiO2+ZrO2)の含有量が13〜23重量%である。

Description
下記表1に示した組成を有する実施例1のフリットまたは従来の鋼板ほうろう用フリットである比較例1のフリット100重量部に対し珪石5部、釉薬用粘土5部、亜硝酸ソーダ0.2部、水50部を混合・粉砕しスリップ状としたものを釉薬とした。この釉薬を鋼板上に焼成後の膜厚が約100μmとなるように施釉し、次いで830℃で焼成したものを試験サンプルとした。
次に実施例1の試験サンプルと市販のフッ素樹脂加工のアルミ製フライパンを比較例2の試験サンプルとして耐磨耗性試験後の汚れ落ち性能を比較した。
米国特許第700539号明細書の実施例に記載される釉薬を比較例3として実施例1と共に下記の各種試験1〜5における評価を行った。
これは、砂糖、醤油、溶き卵を1:1:1の割合で混ぜ合わせたものを各試験サンプルの上に塗布した後、300℃で15分加熱し、完全に焦げ付かせ、その後60℃の湯に10分間浸漬し、各試験サンプルを湯から取り出し、焦げ付き汚れの除去具合を見ることにより行った。
Claims (4)
- 全体重量に対して15〜52重量%のP2O5、13〜42重量%のAl2O3、3〜22重量%のB2O3および13.5〜23.5重量%のアルカリ金属酸化物を含み、さらに、TiO2および/またはZrO2を含み、TiO2の含有量が0〜15重量%であり、ZrO2の含有量が1〜17重量%であるが、(TiO2+ZrO2)の含有量が13〜23重量%である、ほうろう用フリット。
- 多くとも6重量%のSiO2をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のほうろう用フリット。
- アルカリ土類金属および/またはZnOをさらに含み、これらの合計含有量は多くとも17重量%である、請求項1または2に記載のほうろう用フリット。
- V、Cr、Mo、W、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、CuおよびSnからなる群から選択される1種の元素の酸化物または該群から選択される2種以上の元素の酸化物の混合物をさらに含み、これらの合計含有量が多くとも13重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のほうろう用フリット。
