Abstract
【解決手段】CDMA技術を採用することができる無線デジタル通信システムにおいて、ダウンリンクリソースアロケーションのためCQ(channel quality)測定を行う方法およびシステムにあっては、ネットワークによって提供される基準チャネル上の通信に基づき、UE(user equipment)12が連続的にRSCPを測定する。UE12は、構成によるか又はローテーションにより、連続してタイムスロットISCPを測定し、ダウンリンクCQを通知する。UE12は、RSCPにあっては、1回通知し、ISCPにあっては、タイムスロットごとに、通知することができ、あるいは、RSCP/ISCP比の幾つかの関数、例えば変調パラメータか、又は全てのタイムスロットの符号化を組み合わせたもの、を通知する。

Claims (24)
- CQ(channel quality)の指示を提供する方法であって、
CQを決定するために測定を実行するステップと、
前記決定されたCQにより変調フォーマットを決定するステップと、
前記決定された変調フォーマットを含む前記CQの指示を送信するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記決定されたCQは、ダウンリンクの時間間隔における受信信号のコードパワーの測定および干渉信号のコードパワーの測定に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変調フォーマットは、予め定められかつ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- CQ(channel quality)の指示を提供するよう構成されているUE(user equipment)であって、
CQを決定するために測定を実行するよう構成されているCQ判定デバイスと、
前記決定されたCQにより変調フォーマットを決定するよう構成されている変調を決定するデバイスと、
前記決定された変調フォーマットを含む前記CQの指示を送信するよう構成されているトランスミッタと
を備えたことを特徴とするUE。 - 受信信号のコードパワーを測定するよう構成されているパワー測定デバイスと、
干渉信号のコードパワーを測定するよう構成されているタイムスロット干渉測定デバイスと
をさらに備え、前記パワー測定デバイスおよびタイムスロット干渉測定デバイスは、前記CQ判定デバイスに入力を提供するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のUE。 - CQ(channel quality)の指示を提供する方法であって、
RSCP(received signal code power)を測定するステップと、
ISCP(interference signal code power)を測定するステップと、
前記測定されたRSCPおよびISCPによりサポートすることができる、少なくとも1つのダウンリンクの変調の設定を選択するステップと、
前記選択された変調の設定によりCQの指示を決定するステップと、
前記CQの指示を送信するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記変調の設定は、予め定められかつ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- CQ(channel quality)の指示を提供するよう構成されているユーザ装置であって、
RSCP(received signal code power)を測定するよう構成されているパワー測定デバイスと、
ISCP(interference signal code power)を測定するよう構成されているタイムスロット干渉測定デバイスと、
前記測定されたRSCPおよびISCPによりサポートすることができる、少なくとも1つのダウンリンクの変調の設定を選択するよう構成されている選択するデバイスと、
前記選択された変調の設定によりCQの指示を決定するよう構成されているCQ判定デバイスと、
前記決定されたCQの指示を送信するよう構成されているトランスミッタと
を備えたことを特徴とするユーザ装置。 - CQ(channel quality)測定を処理する方法であって、
第1のダウンリンク信号を送信するために変調および符号化の設定を選択するステップと、
前記選択された変調および符号化の設定により前記第1のダウンリンク信号を送信するステップと、
前記送信された第1のダウンリンク信号によりCQの値を含むアップリンク信号を受信するステップと、
前記受信されたCQの値に応答して前記変調および符号化の設定を調整するステップと、
前記調整された変調および符号化の設定により第2のダウンリンク信号を送信するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のダウンリンク信号は、ダウンリンクリファレンス信号、共通パイロットチャネル、または共通パイロット物理チャネルのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記CQの値は、前記送信された第1のダウンリンク信号についてのRSCP(received signal code power)の測定およびISCP(interference signal code power)の測定に部分的に基づくことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記CQの値は、RSCPとISCPとの比であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- CQ(channel quality)測定を処理する方法であって、
パワーレベル設定を選択するステップと、
前記選択されたパワーレベル設定により第1のダウンリンク信号を送信するステップと、
前記送信された第1のダウンリンク信号によりCQの値を含むアップリンク信号を受信するステップと、
前記受信されたCQの値に応答して前記パワーレベル設定を調整するステップと、
前記調整されたパワーレベル設定により基地局から第2のダウンリンク信号を送信するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のダウンリンク信号は、ダウンリンクリファレンス信号、共通パイロットチャネル、または共通パイロット物理チャネルのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記CQの値は、前記第1のダウンリンク信号についてのRSCP(received signal code power)の測定およびISCP(interference signal code power)の測定に部分的に基づくことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記CQの値は、RSCPとISCPとの比であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- ダウンリンクの通信設定を選択する方法であって、
UE(user equipment)が、基地局からの信号を受信するステップと、
前記受信された信号によりCQ(channel quality)の値を決定するステップと、
前記決定されたCQの値により変調および符号化の設定を選択するステップと、
前記選択された変調および符号化の設定を前記基地局に送信するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記信号は、ダウンリンクリファレンス信号、共通パイロットチャネル、または共通パイロット物理チャネルのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記CQの値は、前記受信された信号についてのRSCP(received signal code power)の測定およびISCP(interference signal code power)の測定に部分的に基づくことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記CQの値は、RSCPとISCPとの比であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- ダウンリンクの通信設定を選択するよう構成されているUE(user equipment)であって、
基地局からの信号を受信するよう構成されているレシーバと、
前記受信された信号によりCQ(channel quality)の値を決定するよう構成されているCQ判定デバイスと、
前記決定されたCQの値により変調および符号化の設定を選択するよう構成されている変調および符号化の設定のデバイスと、
前記選択された変調および符号化の設定を前記基地局に送信するよう構成されているトランスミッタと
を備えたことを特徴とするUE。 - 前記信号は、ダウンリンクリファレンス信号、共通パイロットチャネル、または共通パイロット物理チャネルのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のUE。
- 前記CQの値は、前記受信された信号についてのRSCP(received signal code power)の測定およびISCP(interference signal code power)の測定に部分的に基づくことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のUE。
- 前記CQの値は、RSCPとISCPとの比であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のUE。
