Abstract
【解決手段】生薬残渣を亜臨界状態の水と接触させて分解する際に、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウムなどのアルカリ金属水酸化物や、マグネシウム、カルシウムなどのアルカリ土類金属塩を加えると、生薬残渣の分解率を高くすることができ、生薬残渣の分解物として乳酸を得ることができるとともに、糖の生産温度を低下させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 生薬残渣を亜臨界状態の水と接触させて分解する際に、アルカリを加える、生薬残渣の分解方法。
- 前記アルカリが、水酸化ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載の生薬残渣の分解方法。
- 前記分解による分解物が乳酸である、請求項1または2に記載の生薬残渣の分解方法。
- 前記アルカリの添加により、糖の生産温度が低下する、請求項1または2に記載の生薬残渣の分解方法。
