Abstract
【解決手段】炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置1、特に空気フィルタ装置であって、活性炭を含む少なくとも一つのフィルタエレメント3を内部に有するフィルタハウジング2と、上記フィルタエレメント3に対して付勢された端板4とを備え、上記端板4は、上記フィルタエレメント3及び上記フィルタハウジング2と共に、一つの半径方向流入口6及び少なくとも一つの軸方向放出口7を有する流路構造に形成されており、上記少なくとも一つの放出口7と上記流入口6とは、互いに離れていて上記フィルタエレメント3を介してのみ接続されている。

Claims (7)
- 炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置(1)であって、
活性炭を含む少なくとも一つのフィルタエレメント(3)を内部に有するフィルタハウジング(2)と、
上記フィルタエレメント(3)に対して付勢された端板(4)とを備え、
上記端板(4)は、上記フィルタエレメント(3)及び上記フィルタハウジング(2)と共に、一つの半径方向流入口(6)及び少なくとも一つの軸方向放出口(7)を有する流路構造に形成されており、
上記少なくとも一つの放出口(7)と上記流入口(6)とは、互いに離れていて上記フィルタエレメント(3)を介してのみ接続されていることを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。 - 請求項1記載の炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置において、
上記端板(4)は、上記フィルタハウジング(2)と協働して、上記流入口(6)及び上記放出口(7)を互いに隔てるシール輪郭(11)を有していることを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置において、
上記フィルタエレメント(3)及び上記端板(4)間に、フィルタ部材(12)が配設されていることを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。 - 請求項3記載の炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置において、
上記フィルタ部材(12)は、上記端板(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置において、
上記フィルタ装置(1)は、タンクのベント通路に配設されることを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。 - 請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置において、
上記シール輪郭(11)は、上記フィルタハウジング(2)と共に、燃料トラップ(17)を形成することを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置において、
上記流入口(6)と上記放出口(7)との間には、炭化水素蒸気がフィルタエレメント(3)内を流れるようにするバッファ空間(l)が設けられており、
上記バッファ空間(l)の径方向の長さは、少なくとも12mmであることを特徴とする炭化水素吸着用フィルタ装置。
