Abstract
【解決手段】ねじ軸7の両端部に肩部19と支持軸受10が圧入される嵌合部13が形成され、支持軸受10が、外輪15と、この外輪15に複数のボール16を介して内嵌され、外輪15よりも肉厚に形成された内輪17を備え、カップリング20の外径が内輪17の外径と略同一径になるように肉厚に形成されると共に、カップリング10が円環状に形成され、内周にねじ軸7の嵌合部13に圧入される円筒状の嵌合面21と、モータ軸6に外嵌される係合凹部22が形成され、カップリング20の端面20bが内輪17の端面17bに密着するまで当該カップリング20がねじ軸7の嵌合部13に圧入され、内輪17が肩部19とカップリング20で挟持された状態で軸方向に固定されている。

図1は、本発明に係るボールねじ軸の支持構造を適用した電動リニアアクチュエータを示す縦断面図、図2は、図1の要部拡大図で、(a)は側面図、(b)は縦断面図、図3は、図2のボールねじ軸の支持構造の変形例を示す縦断面図、図4は、同上、他の変形例を示す縦断面図である。なお、本実施形態では、ボールねじ軸のモータ側をアウター側(図中左側)、反モータ側をインナー側(図中右側)と言う。

Claims (8)
- ハウジングに対してボールねじのねじ軸が支持軸受を介して回転自在に支持され、電動モータのモータ軸にカップリングを介して連結されたボールねじ軸の支持構造において、
前記ねじ軸の両端部に嵌合部と肩部が形成され、前記嵌合部に所定のシメシロを介して前記支持軸受が圧入されると共に、
前記カップリングが円環状に形成され、内周に前記ねじ軸の嵌合部に圧入される円筒状の嵌合面と、前記モータ軸に外嵌される係合凹部が形成され、前記カップリングの端面が前記支持軸受の内輪の端面に密着するまで当該カップリングが前記ねじ軸の嵌合部に圧入され、前記内輪が前記肩部とカップリングで挟持された状態で軸方向に固定されていることを特徴とするボールねじ軸の支持構造。 - 前記支持軸受のうち前記電動モータ側の支持軸受が、前記ハウジングに嵌合される外輪と、この外輪に複数のボールを介して内嵌され、前記外輪よりも肉厚に形成された内輪と、前記ボールを転動自在に保持する保持器とを備え、前記カップリングの外径が前記内輪の外径と略同一径になるように肉厚に形成されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
- 前記カップリングの係合凹部の外径側に小径部が形成されている請求項1または2に記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
- 前記カップリングと内輪が一体に形成されている請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
- 前記ねじ軸の肩部から嵌合部に亙って高周波焼入れによって所定の表面硬さに硬化処理されている請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
- 前記カップリングが熱処理によって少なくとも前記嵌合面と係合凹部が表面硬さを40〜64HRCの範囲に硬化処理されている請求項1乃至5いずれかに記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
- 前記係合凹部が複数のフラット面または凹凸歯で構成されている請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
- 前記支持軸受の少なくとも一方の支持軸受が4点接触玉軸受で構成されている請求項1乃至7いずれかに記載のボールねじ軸の支持構造。
