Abstract
【解決手段】 生石灰粉末、無水石膏粉末、およびフッ化アルカリ塩を含み、生石灰粉末と無水石膏粉末の合量に対して、生石灰の割合が内割りで25質量%超え90質量%以下、及びフッ化アルカリ塩が外割りで0.1〜2.0質量%含まれるコンクリート用膨張材である。

Claims (6)
- 生石灰粉末、無水石膏粉末、およびフッ化アルカリ塩を含み、
生石灰粉末と無水石膏粉末の合量に対して、生石灰の割合が内割りで25質量%超え90質量%以下、及びフッ化アルカリ塩が外割りで0.1〜2.0質量%含まれるコンクリート用膨張材。 - 生石灰粉末は、強熱減量が6質量%以下、CaO含有量が90質量%以上であり、ブレーン比表面積が3000〜7000cm2/g、粒径が90μmから1mmの範囲のBET比表面積で2.0m2/g以下である、請求項1記載のコンクリート用膨張材。
- 生石灰粉末が、生石灰粉末75質量%と無水石膏25質量%の混合物75質量%と、普通ポルトランドセメント25質量%との混合粉末を、等温伝導型熱量計を用いて測定した水和発熱速度曲線において、第2発熱ピークが接水後2時間以降においてのみ現れる特性を有する、請求項1又は2記載のコンクリート用膨張材。
- 生石灰粉末が、生石灰粉末75質量%と無水石膏25質量%の混合物75質量%と、普通ポルトランドセメント25質量%との混合粉末を、等温伝導型熱量計を用いて測定した水和発熱速度曲線において、第2発熱ピークが接水後4〜11時間においてのみ現れる特性を有する、請求項1又は2記載のコンクリート用膨張材。
- フッ化アルカリ塩が、フッ化ナトリウムである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のコンクリート用膨張材。
- 水硬性結合材料と水とを含むコンクリート組成物であって、水硬性結合材料が、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のコンクリート用膨張材とセメントとを含み、コンクリート用膨張材の含有量が、コンクリート用膨張材とセメントとの合計量に対して3〜9質量%であり、水/(セメント+膨張材)質量比が45〜60%である、コンクリート組成物。
