Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、電極組立体110と、電極組立体110が収容されるパウチ120と、電極組立体110の二つの電極タブ114,115のいずれか一つの電極タブと電気的に接続され、他の一つの電極タブと平行にパウチ120の外部に引き出される可変タブ130と、を含み、可変タブ130が電気的に接続される電極タブに対して位置調節が可能であることから、パウチ120の外部に突出する電極タブの位置を組立工程中に容易に調節でき、特に大面積を有する電池において電池パックの設計自由度を向上させることにより、消費者の要求に速かに対応することができる。

Claims (17)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容されるパウチと、
前記電極組立体の二つの電極タブのいずれか一つの電極タブと電気的に接続され、他の一つの電極タブと平行に前記パウチの外部に引き出される可変タブとを含むことを特徴とする、パウチ型リチウム二次電池。 - 前記可変タブは、胴体部と、前記胴体部の端部が折り曲げられて形成されたバンディング部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブに嵌挿される電極タブは、端部が直角に折り曲げられたタブ嵌挿部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブのバンディング部に前記電極タブのタブ嵌挿部が挿入され、前記可変タブと前記電極タブとが結合することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブのバンディング部と前記電極タブのタブ嵌挿部とが溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブのタブ嵌挿部は、前記パウチの前面シーリング部と平行に位置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブのバンディング部とこれに嵌挿される電極タブは、前記パウチの前面シーリング内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブは、胴体部と、前記胴体部の一部が直角に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブが嵌挿される電極タブは、端部が折り曲げられて形成されたバンディング部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブのバンディング部に前記可変タブの折り曲げ部が挿入され、前記可変タブと前記電極タブとが結合することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブの折り曲げ部と前記電極タブのバンディング部とが溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブの折り曲げ部は、前記パウチの前面シーリング部と平行に位置することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブの折り曲げ部とそれが嵌挿される電極タブは、前記パウチの前面シーリング部内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブは、材質が前記電極タブと同一の材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブは、電気的な伝導性を有する材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブは、前記電極組立体の外周部に設けられた電極タブに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記可変タブが接続される電極タブは、正極タブであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
