Abstract
【解決手段】 ポケット6のボール対向面20において、開口側20aの端部20a1の内径側20a1βおよび底部20b1の外径側20b1αを周方向に沿って切欠くことにより凹所21、22を形成し、この凹所21、22でもって、ボール4が転動しても接触しないボール非接触部Nを形成する。このボール非接触部Nにより、ポケット6のボール対向面20のボール接触面積を、ボール非接触部Nを形成しない場合の0.5倍〜0.7倍とする。

Claims (10)
- 一端が開口した有底状を成し、かつ、ボールを保持するポケットが、周方向の複数箇所に形成された環状の保持器であって、
前記ポケットのボール対向面にボール非接触部を形成し、前記ボール対向面のボール接触面積を、前記ボール非接触部を形成しない場合のボール接触面積の0.5倍〜0.7倍としていることを特徴とする保持器。 - 前記ボール非接触部は、ボール対向面を凹設することにより形成されている請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、ボール対向面を凸設することにより形成されている請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、凹溝により形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、窪みにより形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、前記ボール対向面を貫通している請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、前記ボール対向面の複数箇所に形成されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、前記ボール対向面の開口側端部の内径側と底部の外径側のうち少なくとも一方を切欠いて形成されている請求項1〜7に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部は、前記ボール対向面の開口側端部の外径側と底部の内径側のうち少なくとも一方を切欠いて形成されている請求項1〜7に記載の保持器。
- 互いに相対回転する外輪および内輪と、前記外輪と前記内輪との間に介在されたボールと、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の保持器とを備えたクラッチレリーズ軸受装置用玉軸受。
