Abstract
【解決手段】この発明に係る締結用部材15は、以下の要素を備えたものである。
(1)締結具の回転力を伝達するための頭部15a;
(2)頭部15aに隣接し、締結時に相手部材と接する座面部15b;
(3)座面部15bから頭部15aの反対側に立設する首部15d;
(4)首部15dより径が小さく、首部15dに連結するおねじ部15c;
(5)頭部15a又は頭部15a及び首部15dの少なくとも一部の内径に、おねじ部15cと同軸に穿設されるめねじ部e15;
(6)めねじ部15eよりも径が大きく、首部15dの少なくとも一部及びおねじ部15cの内径に、おねじ部15cと同軸に穿設される内径逃がし部。

Description
(1)締結具の回転力を伝達するための頭部;
(2)頭部に隣接し、締結時に相手部材と接する座面部;
(3)座面部から頭部の反対側に立設する首部;
(4)首部より径が小さく、首部に連結するおねじ部;
(5)頭部又は頭部及び首部の少なくとも一部の内径に、おねじ部と同軸に穿設されるめねじ部;
(6)めねじ部よりも径が大きく、首部の少なくとも一部及びおねじ部の内径に、おねじ部と同軸に穿設される内径逃がし部。
図1乃至図8は実施の形態1を示す図で、図1は2気筒ロータリ圧縮機100の縦断面図、図2は締結用部材15を示す図((a)は平面図、(b)は正面図)、図3は図2(a)のA−A断面図、図4は締結用部材15をボルトとして用いる一例を示す図((a)は第1のシリンダ8と主軸受6とを締結用部材15で締結する前の状態を示す図、(b)は第1のシリンダ8と主軸受6とを締結用部材15で締結した後の状態を示す図)、図5は締結用部材15をナットとして用いる一例を示す図((a)は締結用部材15とボルト16とを締結する前の状態を示す図、(b)は締結用部材15とボルト16とを締結した後の状態を示す図)、図6は圧縮機構部3の調芯組み立ての手順を示す図((a)は第1のシリンダ8及び主軸受6並びに第2のシリンダ9及び副軸受7を締結用部材15で締結(調芯締結(1))した状態を示す図、(b)はボルト16を締結用部材15に締結(調芯締結(2))した圧縮機構部3を示す図)、図7は調芯締結(1)及び調芯締結(2)における締結用部材15及びボルト16の軸力の変化を示す図、図8は調芯締結(1)終了後(a)及び調芯締結(2)終了後(b)の第1のシリンダ8における弾性変形を示す図である。
(1)締結具の回転力を伝達するための頭部15a(例えば、六角形状);
(2)頭部15aに隣接し、締結時に相手部材と接する座面部15b(フランジ部、鍔部);
(3)座面部15bから頭部15aの反対側に立設する首部15d(首部15dの軸方向長さをLとする);
(4)首部15dより径が小さく、首部15dに連結するおねじ部15c;
(5)頭部15a又は頭部15a及び首部15dの少なくとも一部の内径に、おねじ部15cと同軸に穿設されるめねじ部15e;
めねじ部15eは、頭部15aよりも、頭部15a及び首部15dの一部の内径に穿設する方が好ましい。おねじ部15cに作用していた軸力を、締結構造の最終アセンブリ状態で解放できるからである。
但し、頭部15aの内径にめねじ部15eを設けてもよい。この場合は、おねじ部15cに作用していた軸力を締結構造の最終アセンブリ状態で解放できなくても、締結用部材15の締結トルク(軸力)を弱くすれば、シリンダの歪みを抑制できるからである。
(6)めねじ部15eよりも径が大きく、首部15dの少なくとも一部及びおねじ部15cの内径に、おねじ部15cと同軸に穿設される内径逃がし部15f。
締結構造の最終アセンブリ状態で、めねじ部15eと締結するボルトの軸力は大きいため、肉厚があり剛性の高い頭部15a付近とボルトを締結するのが好ましい。故に、内径逃がし部15fが必要となる。
Claims (3)
- 以下の要素を備えたことを特徴とする締結用部材。
(1)締結具の回転力を伝達するための頭部;
(2)前記頭部に隣接し、締結時に相手部材と接する座面部;
(3)前記座面部から前記頭部の反対側に立設する首部;
(4)前記首部より径が小さく、前記首部に連結するおねじ部;
(5)前記頭部又は前記頭部及び前記首部の少なくとも一部の内径に、前記おねじ部と同軸に穿設されるめねじ部;
(6)前記めねじ部よりも径が大きく、前記首部の少なくとも一部及び前記おねじ部の内径に、前記おねじ部と同軸に穿設される内径逃がし部。 - 密閉容器内に、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構部と、前記圧縮機構部をクランク軸を介して駆動する電動機を収納するロータリ圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機構部は、少なくとも、
円形の内部空間を有し、この内部空間に、前記クランク軸の主軸側偏芯部に回転自在に嵌合するピストンが設けられるシリンダと、
前記クランク軸の主軸に嵌合され、回転自在に前記主軸を軸支するとともに、前記シリンダの内部空間の軸方向一端面を閉塞する主軸受と、
前記クランク軸の副軸に嵌合され、回転自在に前記副軸を軸支するとともに、前記シリンダの内部空間の軸方向他端面を閉塞する副軸受と、
請求項1に記載の締結用部材と、
前記締結用部材の前記めねじ部に締結する締結用ボルトと、を備え、
少なくとも前記シリンダ、前記主軸受及び前記副軸受の締結を、前記締結用部材と前記締結用ボルトとで行うことを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記締結用部材の前記おねじ部により発生している軸力は、前記締結用ボルトの軸力より小さいことを特徴とする請求項2記載のロータリ圧縮機。
