Abstract
【解決手段】二次ガス(320)は、水素、エタン、ブタン、プロパン及び液化天然ガスのようなガス燃料、或いは不活性ガスとすることができる。配合燃料(355)を変形ウォッベ指数について許容範囲に制御することによって燃焼ダイナミクスを回避する。配合燃料(355)による安全な燃焼を維持するために、燃焼ダイナミクス(375)及びガスタービン排出物(370)もまた監視することができる。ガスタービン制御システム(290)により、所望の燃焼を促進するために一次ガス燃料(305)及び二次ガス(320)の配合(355)及び温度(361)を調節することができる。

MWI=[LHV/(SG*T)1/2 ]
を用いて計算される。ここで、LHVは燃料の低位発熱量(BTU/SCFT)を表し、SGは空気に対する燃料ガスの比重を表し、Tはガス燃料温度をランキン温度(これは絶対温度としても知られている)で表す。燃焼タービン燃料ノズルの大きさは天然ガス燃料MWIの限られた範囲の変動に対して定められており、ガスタービン業界において一般に容認されているMWIの許容変動は±5%である。

Claims (10)
- 一次ガス燃料供給システム(305)と、
二次ガス供給システム(320)と、
当該燃焼器の軸に中心合わせされた中心燃料ノズルと該中心ノズルの周りに同心円状に配列された複数の一次ノズルとによって供給される単一の下流燃焼区域を含む燃焼器(255)であって、前記一次ノズル及び前記中心燃料ノズルが燃料配合物を燃焼器用の空気と予混合し、更に、前記燃料配合物が、前記一次ガス燃料供給システムからの一次ガス燃料(305)及び前記二次ガス供給システムからの二次ガス(320)を含んでいる、当該燃焼器(255)と、
ガスタービン制御システム(290)と、
排出制御監視システム(295)と、
燃料品質監視システム(380)を含むと共に、燃料配合物(355)の所定の品質範囲及び燃焼ダイナミクスの回避に従って前記一次ガス燃料供給装置からの一次ガス燃料(305)と前記二次ガス供給システムからの二次ガス(320)との燃料配合物(355)を制御するのに適合した燃焼ダイナミクス監視システム(375)を含んでいる配合燃料制御機能(300)と、
有している乾式低NOx(DLN)型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。 - 前記配合燃料制御機能(300)は更に、排出物(370)を所定の限界(380)内に制御することに従って、前記一次ガス燃料供給装置からの一次ガス燃料(305)と前記二次ガス供給システムからの二次ガス(320)との配合を制御するのに適している、請求項1記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
- 前記一次ガス燃料(305)は天然ガスを有し、また前記二次ガス(320)は希釈剤及びガス燃料の内の一方を有している、請求項1記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
- 前記二次ガス燃料(320)は、水素ガス、エタン、ブタン、プロパン及び液化天然ガスの内の少なくとも一種類を有している、請求項3記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
- 前記燃料品質監視システムは、
前記燃料配合物(355)のガス種目測定濃度を測定するのに適している燃料品質監視センサ(364)と、
前記燃料配合物(355)についての温度測定(361)と、
前記燃料配合物(355)の変形ウォッベ指数(MWI)についての計算器(365)と、
を有している、請求項1記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。 - 前記配合燃料制御機能(300)は更に、
前記燃料配合物(355)についての所定の配合比と、
前記燃料配合物(355)についての計算された変形ウォッベ指数(MWI)(365)の許容範囲と、
前記燃料配合物(355)についての計算されたMWI(365)を前記許容範囲内に維持するのに適した、前記燃料配合物(355)についての所定の配合比と前記一次ガス燃料(305)及び二次ガス(320)の温度(336,341)との内の少なくとも1つの調節と、
を有している、請求項5記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。 - 前記燃料配合物(355)についての計算されたMWI(365)の前記許容範囲は、前記ガスタービン(200)の動作状態について前記制御システム(290)によって決定されたMWI値の約+5%〜−5%の範囲を含んでいる、請求項6記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
