Description
MWI=[LHV/(SG*T)1/2 ]

Claims (5)
- 乾式低NOx(DLN)型燃焼ガスタービン(200)であって、
一次ガス燃料供給システム(305)と、
二次ガス供給システム(320)と、
当該燃焼器の軸に中心合わせされた中心燃料ノズルと該中心ノズルの周りに同心円状に配列された複数の一次ノズルとによって供給される単一の下流燃焼区域を含む燃焼器(255)であって、前記一次ノズル及び前記中心燃料ノズルが燃料配合物を燃焼器用の空気と予混合し、更に、前記燃料配合物が、前記一次ガス燃料供給システムからの一次ガス燃料(305)及び前記二次ガス供給システムからの二次ガス(320)を含んでいる、当該燃焼器(255)と、
ガスタービン制御システム(290)と、
排出制御監視システム(295)と、
燃料配合物(355)の組成を監視する燃料品質監視システム(380)と、燃焼ダイナミックレベルを監視する燃焼ダイナミクス監視システム(375)とを含む配合燃料制御機能(300)と
を有し、
前記配合燃料制御機能(300)は、
前記燃料配合物(355)の所定の組成範囲及び前記燃焼ダイナミクスレベルに従って前記一次ガス燃料供給装置からの前記一次ガス燃料(305)と前記二次ガス供給システムからの前記二次ガス(320)との燃料配合物(355)を制御し、
前記配合燃料制御機能(300)は、
前記配合燃料の組成が許容範囲から外れた場合には前記DLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)を100%一次ガス燃料に戻って運転させ、
前記燃料配合物(355)の変形ウォッベ指数(MWI)が所定の許容範囲内にない場合には前記二次ガス温度を調節し且つ二次ガス流量を低減させ、
前記排出制御監視システム(295)により監視された前記DLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)の排出物が所定の限界内に入っていない場合には、前記一次ガス燃料及び前記二次ガスの温度と前記一次ガス燃料の流量及び前記二次ガスの流量とを調節して、該排出物を該所定の限界内に回復させ、
燃焼音響センサにより前記燃焼器(255)内の音響ノイズレベルを監視して、前記配合燃料で燃焼プロセスが許容可能な限界内に無い場合には前記一次ガス燃料及び前記二次ガスについて温度及び流量を調節して前記燃焼ダイナミクスを回復させる
よう制御を行う
ことを特徴とする、乾式低NOx(DLN)型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。 - 前記配合燃料制御機能(300)は更に、排出物(370)を所定の限界(380)内に制御することに従って、前記一次ガス燃料供給装置からの一次ガス燃料(305)と前記二次ガス供給システムからの二次ガス(320)との配合を制御するのに適している、請求項1記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
- 前記一次ガス燃料(305)は天然ガスを有し、また前記二次ガス(320)は希釈剤及びガス燃料の内の一方を有している、請求項1又は2記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
- 前記二次ガス燃料(320)は、水素ガス、エタン、ブタン、プロパン及び液化天然ガスの内の少なくとも一種類を有している、請求項3記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
- 前記燃料品質監視システムは、
前記燃料配合物(355)のガス種目測定濃度を測定するのに適している燃料品質監視センサ(364)と、
前記燃料配合物(355)についての温度測定(361)と、
前記燃料配合物(355)の変形ウォッベ指数(MWI)についての計算器(365)と、
を有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のDLN型燃焼ガスタービン(200)。
