Abstract
【解決手段】炭素ナノチューブが形成される空間を提供して垂直に長く形成される反応器と、前記反応器の外側に形成されて反応器を加熱する加熱部120と、反応器の内部に位置する触媒と反応して炭素ナノチューブを合成するための反応ガスを噴射するガス供給部と、反応器の上段部に連結されて炭素ナノチューブの合成に反応しない反応ガスを外部に排出する排気部150、および反応器の内部に形成されて炭素ナノチューブの合成に反応しない反応ガスだけを排気部を通じて排出させて合成された炭素ナノチューブまたは触媒の排出を遮断する遮断部180と、を含み、遮断部は、断面が複数の多角形構造で区切られ、各々の区切られたセル(cell)には下方向に傾いた遮断翼184,186が形成された炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。

Description
本発明の目的は、以上で言及した目的に制限されず、言及されていないまた他の目的は次の記載から当業者に明確に理解できるであろう。
反応器110は、合成が行われる本体部110a、触媒(M)が位置する下段部110b、排気部150が形成される上段部110cに分けられ、円筒形状の反応器110とは、反応器110の本体部110aの形状を意味する。反応器110の内部には反応ガスおよび触媒(M)を均一に混合させる攪拌器140が形成されうる。

Claims (10)
- 炭素ナノチューブが形成される空間を提供して垂直に長く形成される反応器と、
前記反応器の外側に形成されて前記反応器を加熱する加熱部と、
前記反応器の内部に位置する触媒と反応して、前記炭素ナノチューブを合成するための反応ガスを噴射するガス供給部と、
前記反応器の上段部に連結されて前記炭素ナノチューブの合成に反応しない反応ガスを外部に排出する排気部、および
前記反応器の内部に形成されて前記炭素ナノチューブの合成に反応しない反応ガスだけ前記排気部を通じて排出させて合成された前記炭素ナノチューブまたは触媒の排出を遮断する遮断部と、を含み、
前記遮断部は、断面が複数の多角形構造で区切られ、各々の区切られたセル(cell)には下方向に傾いた遮断翼が形成された、炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。 - 前記遮断部は、断面が六角形のハニカム構造である、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記遮断部は、断面が複数の四角形構造で区切られる、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記遮断部の各々の区切られたセルには対向する二つの辺から下方向に傾いた遮断翼が二つ形成される、請求項2または請求項3に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記各々の区切られたセルに形成される二つの遮断翼は、前記二つの辺から延長される長さが各々異なり、長さが短い前記遮断翼の終端の垂直の下には長さが長い前記遮断翼が位置する、請求項4に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記遮断部は、前記反応器の垂直方向に沿って多層構造で形成される、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記触媒は、前記反応器の下段部に位置して、前記ガス供給部は、前記反応器の上段部から前記触媒が位置する下段部に向かうように長く続くノズルによって、前記触媒に向かって反応ガスを噴射する、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記ガス供給部を囲むように中空軸を有する円筒形の本体と前記本体の周囲には複数の翼を具備して回転をする攪拌器をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記遮断部は、前記攪拌器の回転と共に回転をする、請求項8に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記反応器の下段部には前記触媒を供給する触媒投入部が連結される、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
