Abstract
【解決手段】互いの螺旋歯21a,21bを噛み合わせて回転する一対の押出スクリュー軸2A,2Bが配置した処理槽1内に、熱融性成分を含む固形の被処理材料を投入して押出スクリュー軸2A,2Bの回転によって減容圧縮し、圧縮物を処理槽1前端のノズル孔30より連続的に押し出すように構成された圧縮押出成形装置M1において、処理槽1の前端内面側に押出方向に凹陥した材料溜まり4が形成され、材料溜まり4の底面にノズル孔30の入口側が開口している

Claims (4)
- 互いの螺旋歯を噛み合わせて回転する一対の押出スクリュー軸が配置した処理槽内に、熱融性成分を含む固形の被処理材料を投入して前記押出スクリュー軸の回転によって減容圧縮し、この圧縮物を処理槽前端の押出ノズルより連続的に押し出すように構成された圧縮押出成形装置において、
前記処理槽の前端内面側に押出方向へ凹陥した材料溜まりが形成され、この材料溜まりの底面に前記押出ノズルの入口側が開口していることを特徴とする圧縮押出成形装置。 - 前記材料溜まりの凹陥深さが10〜50mmの範囲にある請求項1に記載の圧縮押出成形装置。
- 前記押出ノズルが前記材料溜まりに臨む複数本のノズル孔からなる請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮押出成形装置。
- 前記処理槽の前端板に内外に透通するノズル取付開口部が形成され、前記押出ノズルが複数本のノズル孔を設けたノズルブロックからなり、このノズルブロックが前記ノズル取付開口部に外側から嵌合して前記処理槽の前端板に外側から着脱自在にねじ止めされ、該ノズルブロックの内端面が前記材料溜まりの底面をなす請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の圧縮押出成形装置。
