Claims (6)
- 直列に接続されたバッテリに夫々設けられ、前記バッテリの電圧を監視するとともに、監視結果のデータを送受信する機能を備えたバッテリ状態監視回路であって、
前記バッテリと接続される第1電圧監視端子及び第2電圧監視端子と、
第1送信端子と、
第2送信端子と、
第1受信端子と、
第2受信端子と、
前記第1電圧監視端子と前記第2電圧監視端子との間の電圧に基づいて、前記バッテリが過充電状態か否かを検出し、当該検出結果を示す過充電検出信号を出力する過充電検出回路と、
前記第1電圧監視端子と前記第2電圧監視端子との間の電圧に基づいて、前記バッテリが過放電状態か否かを検出し、当該検出結果を示す過放電検出信号を出力する過放電検出回路と、
前記第1受信端子を介して受信した、他のバッテリが過充電状態か否かを示す過充電検出信号と、前記過放電検出回路の過充電検出信号との少なくとも一方が過充電状態を示す場合、過充電状態であることを示す過充電信号を前記第1送信端子から外部に送信する過充電情報通信回路と、
前記第2受信端子を介して受信した、他のバッテリが過放電状態か否かを示す過放電検出信号と、前記過放電検出回路の過放電検出信号との少なくとも一方が過放電状態を示す場合、過放電状態であることを示す過放電信号を前記第2送信端子から外部に送信する過放電情報通信回路と、を備え、
前記過充電情報通信回路は、
前記第1送信端子に前記過充電検出信号を出力する出力トランジスタと、
前記バッテリの電圧が回路の動作可能な電圧以下の場合において、前記出力トランジスタが前記過充電信号を出力するように制御する制御回路と、を有し、
1つの半導体装置として構成されていることを特徴とするバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 前記出力トランジスタは、オープンドレイン出力のnチャネル型トランジスタであり、
前記制御回路は、プルダウン回路である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 前記プルダウン回路は、ゲート端子とソース端子を飽和結線したnチャネル型ディプレッショントランジスタである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。
- 前記出力トランジスタは、オープンドレイン出力のpチャネル型トランジスタであり、
前記制御回路は、プルアップ回路である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 前記プルアップ回路は、ゲート端子とソース端子を飽和結線したnチャネル型ディプレッショントランジスタである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。
- 負荷または充電器が接続される第1外部端子及び第2外部端子と、
直列接続された複数のバッテリと、
前記第1外部端子または前記第2外部端子と、前記直列接続された複数のバッテリと、の間に設けられた充放電制御スイッチと、
前記複数のバッテリに夫々設けられた請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のバッテリ状態監視回路と、を備えたことを特徴とするバッテリ装置。
