Abstract
【解決手段】無機系肥料において、ゼオライトは、窒素およびカリウムの少なくとも一方の元素を含む。リン酸カルシウム系化合物は、ゼオライトの表面の少なくとも一部を覆う。窒素はアンモニウムイオンとしてゼオライトの内部に置換された状態で存在する。ゼオライトは、平均径が0.1〜10μmの結晶である。リン酸カルシウム系化合物は、平均径が30〜500nmの微結晶である。

(M1,M21/2)m(AlmSinO2(m+n))・XH2O
〔式中,M1:Na+、K+等の1価陽イオン、M2:Ca2+、Sr2+等の2価陽イオン、m≦n〕
で示される組成を有するアルミノシリケートに代表される物質である。
本実施の形態に係るゼオライトとしては、ゼオライト系化合物中の陽イオン、例えばナトリウムイオン等をカルシウムイオン(Ca2+)で置換することによって十分な量のカルシウムが含有されたゼオライト系化合物が好適である。そして、このCa2+で置換したゼオライト系化合物と、リン酸またはリン酸塩の溶液とを反応させ、表層にアパタイト系化合物を生成させることで、表層にアパタイト系化合物が被覆されたゼオライト系化合物を製造する。
(M1,M21/2)m(AlmSinO2(m+n))・XH2O
〔式中,M1:Na+、K+等の1価陽イオン、M2:Ca2+、Mg2+、Sr2+等の2価陽イオン、m≦n〕
で表わされるゼオライト化合物である。具体的には、Na12(Al12Si12O48)・27H2Oで表わされるゼオライトA等が知られている。
Claims (10)
- 窒素およびカリウムの少なくとも一方の元素を含むゼオライトと、
前記ゼオライトの表面の少なくとも一部を覆うリン酸カルシウム系化合物と、
を有することを特徴とする無機系肥料。 - 前記窒素はアンモニウムイオンとして前記ゼオライトの内部に置換された状態で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無機系肥料。
- 前記ゼオライトは、平均径が0.1〜10μmの結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無機系肥料。
- 前記リン酸カルシウム系化合物は、平均径が30〜500nmの微結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無機系肥料。
- カルシウムを含むゼオライトを、窒素、カリウムおよびリンのうち少なくとも2種の元素を含むアルカリ水溶液に浸漬する浸漬工程を有することを特徴とする無機系肥料の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリ水溶液は、リン酸アンモニウムを含む溶液であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無機系肥料の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリ水溶液は、水酸化カリウムを含む溶液であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の無機系肥料の製造方法。
- 前記ゼオライトをアルカリ水溶液に浸漬する際の反応温度は、25〜120℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の無機系肥料の製造方法。
- 前記浸漬工程は、前記ゼオライトを前記アルカリ水溶液に対して複数回浸漬することを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の無機系肥料の製造方法。
- 前記浸漬工程の後に、150℃〜800℃の温度範囲で焼成する焼成工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の無機系肥料の製造方法。
