Abstract
【解決手段】本制振インシュレータ3は、インジェクタの円筒状のハウジングの外周に設けられ、当該ハウジングの外周面とシリンダヘッド2のインジェクタ取付孔との間に介在する環状の部材であって、互いに径の異なるコイルスプリング15,16を積層し、各コイルスプリング15,16の内周に弾性材料17を埋め込み、かつ、外周を当該弾性材料17で包囲し、さらにその外周を外装プレート18で包み込んでなる。

Claims (3)
- インジェクタの円筒状のハウジングの外周に設けられ、当該ハウジングの外周面とインジェクタ取付孔との間に介在する環状の制振インシュレータであって、
環状に形成された互いに径の異なる複数のコイルスプリングを積層し、各コイルスプリングの内周に弾性材料を埋め込み、かつ、外周を当該弾性材料で包囲し、さらにその外周を外装プレートで包み込んだことを特徴とする制振インシュレータ。 - 請求項1に記載の制振インシュレータにおいて、
前記外装プレートの一端と他端との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする制振インシュレータ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の制振インシュレータにおいて、
前記インジェクタのハウジングは、段付き円筒形状を有しており、その段差部にテーパ面が設けられ、
前記制振インシュレータの前記テーパ面との接触面は、アール形状をなしていることを特徴とする制振インシュレータ。
