Abstract
【解決手段】本クランク機構は、連結ロッド12を介してその回転運動を往復運動に変換するクランクシャフト10で構成される。連結ロッド12は、シャフト10から運動を受けかつジャック16を介してその運動をクロスヘッド14に伝達する。次にクロスヘッド14は、通常は2つのシューつまり下方シュー及び上方シューで構成され、それぞれの固定シュー受け18、20によって案内されかつロッドを介してその往復運動をピストン22A、22Bに伝達する。摺動シューの一方のシューは、軌道18、20と接触するようになった表面を備え、その接触表面は、反対側摺動シューの接触表面とは異なる形状及び/又は寸法を有する。

Claims (7)
- クランクシャフト(10)に対して圧縮機のピストン(22、22A、22B)のロッド(24、24A、24B)を固定連結するのに適したタイプのものであり、連結ロッド(12)を介して前記クランクシャフト(10)に対してまた前記ロッド(24、24A、24B)に対して作動連結されかつ少なくとも2つの対向する軌道(18、20)の内部で往復運動する少なくとも1つのクロスヘッド(14)を含み、前記クロスヘッド(14)が、それぞれ前記軌道(18、20)と対面する少なくとも2つの対向する摺動シュー(40、42)をさらに備えた往復動圧縮機のためのクランク機構であって、
前記摺動シューの一方のシュー(40)が、前記軌道(18、20)と接触するようになった接触表面を備え、
前記接触表面が、前記反対側摺動シュー(42)の接触表面とは異なる形状及び/又は寸法を有する、
ことを特徴とする、クランク機構。 - 前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)の各接触表面が、該対向する摺動シュー(40、42)と前記軌道(18、20)との間に潤滑流体を分配するのに適した1つ又はそれ以上の表面溝(48、50)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のクランク機構。
- 前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)の各々が、互いに異なる面積を有しかつ等しい数のそれぞれの表面溝(48、50)を有する接触表面を含み、
前記接触表面が、前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)の各々の接触表面に沿って同じ構成を有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載のクランク機構。 - 前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)が各々、同じ面積を有しかつ等しい数のそれぞれの表面溝(48、50)を有する接触表面を含み、
前記接触表面が、前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)の各々の接触表面に沿って異なる構成を有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載のクランク機構。 - 前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)が各々、同じ面積を有しかつ異なる数のそれぞれの表面溝(48、50)を有し、
前記接触表面が、前記対向する摺動シュー(40、42)の各々の接触表面に沿って同じ構成を有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載のクランク機構。 - 少なくとも1つの複動式シリンダ(26)を備えた往復動圧縮機であって、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのクランク機構を含む、
往復動圧縮機。 - 互いに対向する少なくとも2つの単動式シリンダ(26A、26B)を備えた往復動圧縮機であって、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのクランク機構を含む、
