Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る耐熱ロールの製造方法は、粘土を5重量%以上含有するロール部を備えた耐熱ロールの製造方法であって、前記ロール部のロール表面を研削する研削工程(S101)と、研削された前記ロール表面を湿らせた状態でならす表面処理を行う表面処理工程(S102)と、を含む。

Claims (7)
- 粘土を5重量%以上含有するロール部を備えた耐熱ロールの製造方法であって、
前記ロール部のロール表面を研削する研削工程と、
研削された前記ロール表面を湿らせた状態でならす表面処理を行う表面処理工程と、
を含む
ことを特徴とする耐熱ロールの製造方法。 - 前記表面処理工程において、研削された前記ロール表面を湿らせる第一工程と、次いで、湿った前記ロール表面をならす第二工程と、を実施することにより、前記表面処理を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された耐熱ロールの製造方法。 - 前記第二工程において、湿った前記ロール表面に基材を押し付けつつ前記ロール部を回転させることにより、前記ロール表面をならす
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載された耐熱ロールの製造方法。 - 前記表面処理工程において、回転する前記ロール部の前記ロール表面に、湿らせた基材を押し付けることにより、前記表面処理を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された耐熱ロールの製造方法。 - 前記表面処理工程において、周方向の一方に回転する前記ロール部の前記ロール表面に前記表面処理を施し、さらに、前記ロール部の回転方向を反対方向に切り換えて前記表面処理を行う繰り返し処理を1回以上実施する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載された耐熱ロールの製造方法。 - 粘土を5重量%以上含有するロール部を備えた耐熱ロールであって、
前記ロール部の表面部分が、前記ロール部の内部に比べて緻密化されている
ことを特徴とする耐熱ロール。 - 請求項6に記載された耐熱ロールを搬送用ロールとして使用する
ことを特徴とする板ガラスの製造方法。
