Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極板215、第2電極板213及びセパレータ214を備える電極組立体212と、電極組立体及び電解液が受容される缶210と、キャッププレート240、絶縁プレート250、電極端子230及びターミナルプレート260を含んでなり、缶の上段開口部に結合して缶を封入するキャップ組立体220とを含む缶型二次電池において、前記絶縁プレートは、一側に電極端子が挿入される端子通孔261が形成され、他側には絶縁プレートの下面に装着されるターミナルプレートを固定する固定手段255を含んで形成され、ターミナルプレート260の一側が電極端子230によって固定され、他側が固定手段255によって固定される。

Claims (13)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板及びセパレータを備える電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液とが受容される缶と、キャッププレート、絶縁プレート、電極端子及びターミナルプレートを含んでなり、前記缶の上段開口部に結合して缶を封入するキャップ組立体とを含む缶型二次電池において、
前記絶縁プレートは、一側に前記電極端子が挿入される端子通孔が形成され、他側には前記絶縁プレートの下面に装着される前記ターミナルプレートを固定する固定手段を含んで形成され、前記ターミナルプレートの一側が前記電極端子によって固定され、他側が固定手段によって固定されることを特徴とする缶型二次電池。 - 前記絶縁プレートは、下面に前記ターミナルプレートが装着される安着溝が形成され、
前記固定手段は、板状で、前記絶縁プレートの他端から前記安着溝の上部に所定の幅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の缶型二次電池。 - 前記絶縁プレートは平板で形成され、
前記固定手段は一側が開放されたキャップ形状で、前記絶縁プレートの他端から所定の幅で形成され、開放された一側に前記ターミナルプレートの他側が挿入されて固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の缶型二次電池。 - 前記固定手段は、前記絶縁プレートと一体で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は別途に形成され、前記絶縁プレートの他側に熔着、または、接着により結合することを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は、前記絶縁プレートの長さの20%以内の幅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は、前記ターミナルプレートの長さの20%以内の幅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記絶縁プレートは、下面に前記ターミナルプレートが装着される安着溝が形成され、
前記固定手段は、棒形状で、前記絶縁プレートの他側において前記安着溝の長辺の両側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の缶型二次電池。 - 前記固定手段は、前記絶縁プレートの他端から前記絶縁プレートの長さの20%以内の位置に結合することを特徴とする請求項8記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は、前記ターミナルプレートの他側から前記ターミナルプレートの長さの20%以内の位置に結合することを特徴とする請求項8記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は、V形状の棒であって、前記絶縁プレートの他側において前記安着溝の長辺の両側と短辺の上面に結合して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は、前記長辺に接着する位置が前記絶縁プレートの長さの20%以内の位置に結合して形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の缶型二次電池。
- 前記固定手段は、前記長辺に接着する位置が前記ターミナルプレートの長さの20%以内の位置に結合して形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の缶型二次電池。
