Abstract
【解決手段】陽極213、陰極215、及びセパレータ214を含んでなる電極組立体212、電極組立体212と電解液とを受入れる容器型金属缶211、及び缶211の開放部を封止するキャップ組立体を供えてなる単位セルと、単位セルに接続される電池付属部品、及び単位セルと電池付属部品との間隙を充填し、単位セルと電池付属部品とを相互に固定する成形樹脂部とを含んでなる二次電池において、単位セルには成形樹脂部との界面から成形樹脂部に向かって突出する突出部310が形成されることを特徴とする。その際、突出部310にはホルダ320が更に結合されて成されることが望ましい。

Claims (9)
- 陽極、陰極、及びセパレータを含んでなる電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液とを受入れる缶と、前記缶の開放部を封止するキャップ組立体と、を備えてなる単位セルと、
前記単位セルに接続される電池付属部品と、
前記単位セルと前記電池付属部品との間隙を充填し、前記単位セルと前記電池付属部品とを相互に固定する成形樹脂部と、を含んでなる二次電池において、
前記単位セルに、前記成形樹脂部との界面から前記成形樹脂部に向かって突出する突出部が備えられることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記突出部は、前記キャップ組立体と一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部は、射出法により、前記キャップ組立体と一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部に結合されるホルダが更に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホルダは、前記突出部に熔接により結合されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホルダは、前記突出部と同じ材質からなることを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体上の一側には、電気接続のためのリードプレートが、前記成形樹脂部との界面から前記成形樹脂部に向かって突出するように形成され、
前記キャップ組立体上の他側には、前記突出部が、形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャップ組立体の中央部に形成される電極端子には、導電性ホルダが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記缶は、アルミニウム含有金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
