Description
正極、負極及びセパレーターからなる電極組立体、電極組立体と電解液を収容する容器となる角形カン、および角形カンの開放された上部を仕上げするようにキャッププレートを有するキャップアセンブリーを備えるベアセルの、前記キャッププレートの表面一側の電解液の注入口上に、リードプレートが前記キャッププレート面と結合されており、リードプレートの底部の前記電解液の注入口に対応する部分が上に膨らんで溝が形成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 正極、負極及びセパレーターからなる電極組立体、電極組立体と電解液を収容する容器となる角形カン、および角形カンの開放された上部を仕上げするためのキャッププレートを有するキャップアセンブリーを備えるベアセルと、
前記キャッププレートの一部分に結合されるリードプレートと、を有する角形二次電池において、
前記キャッププレートの一側に電解液の注入口が設けられ、
前記リードプレートは前記電解液の注入口を覆うとともに、少なくとも一部分で前記キャッププレートと面で結合する底部を有し、
前記底部の内で前記電解液の注入口に対応する部分は、上に膨らんで突出して溝を形成することを特徴とする角形二次電池。 - 前記リードプレートは、他の電池部品との結合のために前記底部から上に突出する壁体部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記電解液の注入口は、アルミニウム圧入により形成された栓及び樹脂封止材で仕上げられ、
前記溝で前記底部の前記ベアセル側の面は、前記樹脂封止材の形態に対応する曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角形二次電池。 - 前記溝は、任意の角形溝で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記の底部は、底部面に閉曲線、あるいは直線形態の線溶接された部分を有し、前記キャッププレートと結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記の底部は、周縁部で線溶接されて前記キャッププレートと結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記溝は、プレス技法で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角形二次電池。
