Claims (11)
- カソード/セパレータ/アノードを包含する電極組立て部品が中に配置されている電池セルに取り付けられる、キャップアセンブリー成形物であって、
前記キャップアセンブリー成形物は、保護回路基板、安全性素子、接続端子、およびキャップハウジングを、インサート射出成形により一体的に形成することにより製造され、
前記インサート射出成形が行われた後に、前記接続端子が前記電池セルの電極端子に電気的に接続されるように、接続端子が、前記キャップアセンブリー成形物の下側末端表面から部分的に露出している、キャップアセンブリー成形物。 - 前記安全性素子および前記接続端子が、前記保護回路基板の、前記電池セルに面した片側表面に連結されてなり、
前記保護回路基板が、前記保護回路基板の反対側の表面に、外部の入力および出力端子を備えてなり、
前記端子が、所定の外部デバイスに接続されてなる、請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物。 - 前記安全性素子が正温度係数(PTC)素子である、請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物。
- 前記インサート射出成形が行われる前に、前記安全性素子が前記保護回路基板に保護回路チップとして取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物。
- 前記接続端子の中央部が、前記電池セルの方に突出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物。
- 前記保護回路基板に貫通孔を設け、前記保護回路基板と一体的に形成される前記キャップハウジングにも、前記保護回路基板の貫通孔に対応する貫通孔を設け、前記接続端子を前記保護回路基板に取り付けた状態で、前記接続端子の突出した中央部が、前記キャップアセンブリー成形物の上側部分から貫通孔と連絡するようになっている、請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物。
- 請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物を包含する二次電池。
- 前記電池がリチウム二次電池である、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1に記載のキャップアセンブリー成形物を、キャップアセンブリー成形物の接続端子が電池セルの電極端子と接触するように、上側部分に電極端子が形成されている電池セルに連結することを含んでなる、二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記連結が、溶接、接着、または係合により行われる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 保護回路基板に貫通孔を設け、前記保護回路基板と一体的に形成されるキャップハウジングにも、前記保護回路基板の貫通孔に対応する貫通孔を設け、前記キャップアセンブリー成形物の接続端子を前記保護回路基板に取り付けた状態で、前記接続端子が、前記キャップアセンブリー成形物の上側部分から貫通孔と連絡するようになっている、請求項9に記載の方法。
